Robin McQueen, who operates a division of Carpet Care Plus called Robin's Rug Repair at 121 Behrens Dr., Suite 1, in O'Fallon, completed the Master Rug Cleaner's Oriental Rug Repair class in Dallas. The class covered repair and restoration techniques for all types of oriental rugs.

Monica Short was hired at Allsup in Belleville as product manager for the Allsup Medicare Advisor, a fee-based Medicare plan selection service for those age 65 and older and people with disabilities. Short will guide the marketing and ongoing development of the AMA service line.
