A BND letter writer gave us a lesson on the queen of Hawaii but her comments in regard to her views and statements are contradictory.

She states President Obama believes everyone has the right to prosperity, and I agree, but one must work for prosperity. Obama chooses to give prosperity away in the form of food stamps, free phones, Obamacare and dozens of other entitlements to collect votes.

She states she is a socialist then contradicts herself in the next statement, saying that she is "against raiding other people's resources."

Obviously the writer was suffering from flu-like symptoms when she penned this letter or she doesn't know what she is talking about. Based on several of her other letters, I would choose the latter.

In regard to Winston Churchill, most educated Americans would agree that Churchill was a great leader -- a status Obama will never claim.
