The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
BELLEVILLE POLICE
SATURDAY, FEB. 16
9:09 a.m. Assault -- First block of East D Street. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly threatened to batter her. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect for assault.
11:07 a.m. Counterfeit bill -- Schnucks, 5720 North Belt West. Employees reported receiving a $20 bill that appeared to be counterfeit from an unknown customer.
12:24 p.m. Residential burglary -- 1700 block of West Main Street. The victim reported sometime during the last week unknown person(s) removed a rifle from his residence. There appeared to be no forced entry to the residence.
12:28 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Store security observed two men conceal merchandise and leave store without paying. Security attempted to stop the males. One male, Denzel Graham, 21, was detained and arrested. He was transported and held pending bond. The second suspect refused to stop and eluded store security.
1 p.m. Forgery -- Memorial Hospital, 4500 Memorial Drive. A suspect was arrested after she signed herself into the ER on several dates and times using different names/alias. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.
4:05 p.m. Theft -- Wendy's, 2600 Green Mount Commons. The victim reported a friend/suspect went to the business to eat. While the victim was away from the table the suspect allegedly stole his property.
7:02 p.m. Theft under, subsequent -- MetroLink Station, 718 Scheel St. The victim reported meeting an acquaintance/suspect who had asked to borrow $10. When she took U.S. currency from her wallet to loan him the money, the suspect snatched all of the money in her hand and left the scene in a vehicle. The suspect was located by officers at the Town House Motel and arrested. He was transported and held pending further investigation.
10:30 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- 101 S. Illinois St. A subject arrived at headquarters to inquire about a friend who was in custody. It was discovered this subject was wanted for investigation of theft by our department. The subject was taken into custody and held pending investigation.

SUNDAY, FEB. 17
2:17 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- 2100 block of West Main Street. The driver, Craig M. Underwood, 23, was arrested during a traffic stop after he appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Underwood was transported and later released after posting bond.
3:11 a.m. Burglary -- Cutters, 239 Carlyle Ave. Officers responded to a business alarm and located a glass door in the rear had been broken out. A search of the business was conducted with no suspects located. Nothing appears to have been taken.
4:15 a.m. Disturbance, failure to comply -- Town House Motel, 400 S. Illinois. Officers responded to a disturbance involving juveniles at the motel. One juvenile refused to follow officers orders. The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to headquarters. The juvenile was released to her parent, who was issued a warning for improper supervision of a child.
9:16 a.m. Unlawful use of a credit card -- Shop 'n Save, 800 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported her credit card was used at the store without her permission.
1:07 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of Grove. The victim reported that between Feb. 10 and Feb. 17, unknown person(s) forced entry to the vacant residence and property was stolen.
4:36 p.m. Theft -- Belle-Clair Fairgrounds. A vendor at the flea market reported sometime over the weekend property was stolen from her stand.
8:20 p.m. Theft from residence -- 100 block of East B Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence. The victim allowed an unknown female enter her residence between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., for approximately 10 minutes, and believes this female may be responsible for the theft.
MONDAY, FEB. 18
1:05 a.m. Disorderly conduct, resisting -- 800 block of Centerville Avenue. Officers responded for a report of a domestic disturbance in which Tyrone Parks, 38, was highly intoxicated and continued to disobey the commands of an officer. As Parks was being placed into handcuffs he began to resist arrest. He was taken into custody and transported and held pending bond/sobriety.
3:30 a.m. Theft -- 900 block of Belle Valley Drive. The victim reported a friend and an unknown subject came to her residence. While they were there they created a disturbance and were asked to leave. The victim later discovered property missing from her porch.
3:27 p.m. Residential burglary -- 500 block of Portland. The reporting party stated an air conditioning unit, electric stove, copper pipes and a gas furnace was taken from the vacant residence during an unknown time period.
7:16 p.m. Retail theft -- Office Max, 5875 Belleville Crossing. Employees reported two unknown subjects entered the store and concealed merchandise then exited the store without purchasing the items. Both subjects fled the area in a black Ford truck.
8:39 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver -- Robin Hill Lane and McClintock Avenue. The driver/suspect was arrested during a traffic stop after being found in possession of multiple bags of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. The suspect was transported, processed and then transported to the St. Clair County Jail, and held pending further investigation.
TUESDAY, FEB. 19
2:19 a.m. Retail theft -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. An employee reported a suspect known to her concealed merchandise and left the business without paying. The suspect entered a vehicle and left the area. The employee signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect.
10:39 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 100 block of Chevy Chase. The victim reported between 8 a.m. and 10:39 a.m., unknown person(s) forced entry to the garage door and property was stolen.
10:53 a.m. Burglary to residence, theft over $500 -- First block of South 76th Street. The property owner/victim reported between Feb. 17 and Feb. 19, multiple air conditioning units, furnaces and water heaters were removed from the apartment complex.
12:02 p.m. Theft under $500 -- 1900 block of East Belle. The victim reported that between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., her daughter's boyfriend/suspect allegedly took property from her residence. The victim signed a non traffic citation for theft against the suspect.
6:20 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 500 block of Forest. The victim reported that between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., unknown person(s) forced entry through a rear door and property was stolen.
7:17 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 900 block of Sycamore. The victim reported that between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., his 1990 Oldsmobile Regency was taken from in front of his residence.
8:27 p.m. Robbery, domestic battery -- CVS, 4609 W. Main St. Officers responded to CVS for a report of a disturbance which was then upgraded to a possible robbery. Officers spoke with the victim who stated an ex-boyfriend/suspect had allegedly attacked her while outside the business and took U.S. currency from her before fleeing on foot. Officers located and stopped the suspect several blocks away. The suspect spoke briefly with officers before fleeing. After a short foot pursuit, he was taken into custody. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.
8:53 p.m. Disorderly conduct (misuse of 911), resisting peace officer -- 400 block of East A Street. Officers responded to a residence where multiple 911 calls had been placed. Officers located an intoxicated subject, Malcom Hooper, 44. Officers spoke with Hooper, who stated he did not have an emergency. The suspect became combative with officers and resisted arrest. A Taser was used on the suspect. Hooper was transported and held pending bond and sobriety.
ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 20
Marlon M. Miller, 20, of 704 N. 70th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon and attempted armed robbery on Jan. 29 by East St. Louis police. Miller allegedly committed an act of sexual assault with a female; pointed a gun at the female and demanded her property.
Vincent S. Gianino, 25, of 5035 Shaw Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 20 by Fairview Heights police. Gianino allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
Alisa L. Lindsey, 31, of 412 Fullerton Court B, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Feb. 19 by Swansea police. Lindsey allegedly took merchandise from Moto Mart, 1324 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being candy bars, beef jerky, energy drinks and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Feb. 6, 2003.
Terry J. Delong, 36, of 2356 Parkland Blvd., Apt. 4, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on suspended license on Jan. 10 by Shiloh police. Delong allegedly drove a red 2009 Lincoln on North Green Mount Road in Shiloh while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period when the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.
Ramon C. Hawkins Jr., 23, of 10 N. 39th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on Jan. 18 by Illinois State Police. Hawkins allegedly drove a tan 2005 Buick Lacrosse on Illinois 13 in Centreville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol. Defendant, at the time of the commission of said violation, was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the great bodily harm of John Adams, and said violation was a proximate cause of the injuries to John Adams.
Terry L. Dugan, 52, of 722 N. Cherry St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on May 13, 2012 by Illinois State Police. Dugan allegedly drove a blue 1989 Jeep SUV on Interstate 64 in Caseyville Township while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is suspended on May 16, 2006.
