Donald L. and Bobbye K. Broughton of Mascoutah, IL will celebrate their 50th anniversary on March 2, 2013 with a reception from 1pm to 4pm at the Mascoutah Visitors Center in Mascoutah. Don and the former Bobbye K. Emerson were married on March 2, 1963 at Lincoln Air Force Base in Lincoln, NE by Chaplain Troy P. Scoggins.

Don is retired from the U.S. Air Force & Computer Science Corp.

Bobbye is retired and is active with the Mascoutah Tuesday Woman’s Club.

They have two children: Robin (Rich) Cook of Paducah, KY and Greg (Tricia) Broughton of Chatham, IL.

They have four grandchildren: Taylor Cook, Logan Cook, Zachary Broughton & Isabelle Broughton.
