Carriel is a paraprofessional at the school, and assists pre-kindergarten teacher Ann Radil. Carriel would throw the hoop and after it landed, the children would chase after it, as it rolled across the playground. Teagan and her cousin Ashlyn Brannaman both attend pre-kindergarten together at the school. The students were on an extended recess, because the sun had come out and it was a warmer day than they've had recently.
