Every minute of every hour is filled in the news media with what will happen to our government, our country, our people, our pets, our reality shows, if the terrible automatic cuts known as sequestration take place. This is one in another line of Armageddons that President Obama throws at people to get his way, even though he was the one who proposed these cuts, and mainly on defense spending (I hope the Scott Air Force Base personnel didn't vote for Obama).

Let's see, the government is going to cut $85 billion from a total budget of $3.6 billion. That comes up to a whopping 2.4 percent cut in total spending. Now ain't that sacrifice? I have never seen such commitment.

With this as an example, get ready, things are going to get a whole lot worse. Can you say ghost town?
