A light dusting of snow is making the roads slick for commuters in the St. Louis metropolitan area Wednesday morning.
And, according to the National Weather Service, light snow could continue to be an issue through Friday. But temperatures just above the freezing mark should prevent the snow from accumulating.
There is a 70 percent chance of snow throughout the day Wednesday with a possible accumulation of up to an inch. The high temperature will reach 37 degrees but wind gusts of up to 28 miles an hour will make it seem much cooler.
On Thursday there is a 30 percent chance of light snow with a high of 38 degrees and gusts of up to 15 miles an hour. On Friday the high will reach 36 degrees with a 30 percent chance of light snow.
