Roads are dry Monday morning for commuters, but there's a 20 percent chance of rain by 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
The high temperature Monday is expected to reach 49 degrees, ensuring that any precipitation Monday will come in the form of rain. However, that precipitation could change to snow by Tuesday.
The chance of rain will increase to 60 percent after midnight. Cooler temperatures Tuesday could turn that rain into periods of light snowfall.
The high Tuesday is expected to be 39 degrees, but wind gusts of up to 31 miles an hour could make the temperature seem much cooler.
Up to half an inch of snow is expected.
