Officers smelled the odor of cannabis and noticed that some subjects were drinking. The juvenile advised officers he smoked a small amount of cannabis. A third subject, Ricardo Blake II, 24, had an outstanding St. Clair County warrant. He was arrested and transported to the St. Clair County Jail. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. For more police blotter news, read tomorrow's print edition of the Belleville News-Democrat and return to bnd.com.
