In 1809 the Supreme Court ruled that no state legislature could annul the judgments or determine the jurisdiction of federal courts.

The state of Missouri is threatening to make it unlawful to follow this dictate when fighting against or trying to annul firearm regulations.

Has this law been overturned or changed in Missouri or in any other state since 1809? Old law, yes, but states should not be able to disregard a Supreme Court decision unless a new precedent has been set.
