Washington Park Mayor James Jones and four other candidates for local office will hold a meet and greet Saturday in Washington Park.

Jones, who is up for election, will be joined by Washington Park village trustee candidates Debbie A. Moore and Wilma Tally (Henderson) and write-in candidate Jim Linzy. Leonard Moore, write-in candidate for Canteen Township Highway Commissioner, also will be present.

The candidates will meet with residents from 1 to 6 p.m. at John Thornton Memorial Park at the corner of Kingshighway and Audubon Avenue in Washington Park.
