The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6

10:50 a.m. Criminal trespass to property -- Belleville East High School, 2555 West Blvd. Landon Bairfield, 18, was arrested by the school resource officer after being located on school property. Bairfield was transported to HQ, processed and released after posting bond.

12:04 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Executive Inn, 1234 Centerville. The manager signed a non-traffic complaint against the suspect after observing him urinating in the parking lot. The suspect was gone on arrival.

2:03 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Auto One Motor, 5530 North Belt West. An employee reported between Saturday through Wednesday, unknown person(s) damaged the windows of two vehicles on the lot possibly using a pellet/bb gun.

3:35 p.m. Lost or stolen property -- Sportsplex, 2346 Mascoutah. The victim reported her engagement ring was either lost or stolen while she was at the gym.

4:26 p.m. Theft -- Melodic Rhythms, 110 North High. An employee reported an unknown male entered the business and removed several items.

6:15 p.m. Theft -- Belleville West High School, 4603 Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported unknown person(s) entered his locker and removed property.

7:30 p.m. Suspended driver's license/obstructing identification -- East B at Sherman. Dawn L. Flick, 42, was arrested during a traffic stop after giving the officer the incorrect name several times. Flick was transported to police headquarters, processed and held pending bond.

11:26 p.m. Burglary -- 1700 block of Mascoutah Ave. The victim reported unknown person(s) forced entry to her shed and property was stolen.

11:41 p.m. Attempted burglary -- 1700 block of Mascoutah Ave. The victim reported unknown person(s) attempted to enter her locked storage shed.

THURSDAY, MARCH 7

12:38 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of N. 28th St. Two subjects were taken into custody in the alley behind a residence after it was reported they were trying to remove items from a boat. Both subjects were transported to police headquarters, processed and released pending further investigation.

7:08 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- First block of N. 45th St. Officers responded to an anonymous report of subjects fighting. The report of fighting was unfounded. Officers spoke with Tyron T. Brantley, 22. He had an active St. Clair County warrant. Brantley was arrested and transported to St. Clair County Jail.

8:27 p.m. Possession of cannabis -- Wabash Ave. at Bel-Aire. The driver Jared F. Armer, 19, was arrested during a traffic stop. He was found in possession of cannabis. Armer was transported to police headquarters, processed and released after posting bond.

8:33 p.m. Possession of cannabis with intent to deliver/possession of a controlled substance -- 300 block of S. 10th St. The driver was arrested during a traffic stop. The subject (driver) was found in possession of cannabis. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and taken to St. Clair County Jail.

11:15 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- 600 block of Portland Ave. Officers responded to the Blue Moon Bar at McClintock and Mascoutah Avenue to check the well-being of a subject in the restroom. The subject left prior to the officer's arrival. The subject was located in the 600 block of Portland Avenue and identified as Trenton W. Schlegel, 25. Schlegel was found to have an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County. Schlegel was arrested and transported to St. Clair County Jail.

FRIDAY, MARCH 8

12:47 a.m. Drunkness/aggravated battery of police officer -- Big Daddy's, 313 E. Main St. Officers responded to Big Daddy's in reference to a report of a problem with a disorderly patron. Officers located the subject lying on the sidewalk in front of Big Daddy's. The subject was transported to police headquarters where she was charged with public intoxication. While being patted down by an officer, the subject struck the officer in the face with her fist. The subject was charged additionally with aggravated battery on a police officer. She was held pending further investigation.

4:30 a.m. Misuse of 911 -- 700 block of W. Main St. Juanita L. Relford, 53, was arrested after making six calls to 911 with no emergency or criminal offense to report. Relford was transported to police headquarters, processed and later taken to court.
