Skies will be mostly sunny Tuesday with a high of 47 degrees.

It will seem cooler with winds that pick up throughout the day, peaking with gusts of 28 miles an hour in the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

The low Tuesday evening will dip to 25 degrees as gusty winds continue overnight.

On Wednesday the high temperature will top out at 41 degrees. It is expected to be warmer later in the week with a high of 58 degrees on Thursday and 66 on Friday.
