Municipal and school board candidates in the April 9 election have until the end of Friday to submit their candidate questionnaires.

Letters were mailed to candidates in late February with instructions on how to access the electronic questionnaires that will be shared with voters at bnd.com and in the Belleville News-Democrat. If you lost or did not receive a letter, contact the News-Democrat at (618) 239-2510 or e-mail newsroom@bnd.com with "Candidate profile request" in the subject line.

The questionnaires are only for candidates in contested municipal and school board races. Townships and other boards are not being included in the candidate profiles.
