Skies will start to clear after 10 a.m, according to the National Weather Service, and will become mostly sunny by Wednesday afternoon. The high temperature is expected to reach 42 degrees.
The temperature will be considerably warmer starting Thursday with a high of 62 degrees under mostly sunny skies. On Friday the forecast calls for mostly sunny skies and a high of 63.
