The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, MARCH 8

8:16 a.m. Domestic battery -- 500 block of East B Street. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her and bit her during an argument. The suspect was arrested, transported, processed and held pending further investigation.

10:10 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- 1200 block of North Charles Street. The occupants of the vehicle, Darius V. Durham, 22, and Nikki C. Muhammad, 21, were arrested during a traffic stop after being found in possession of cannabis. Both subjects were transported, processed and released after posting bond.

12:55 p.m. Violation of a stalking, no contact order -- 600 block of South Jackson Street. The victim reported the suspect walked in front of her residence and directly next to her violating the active no contact order. The suspect was arrested, transported, processed and held pending further investigation.

6:27 p.m. Aggravated assault -- 1000 block of South Charles Street. The victim reported William J. King Jr., 21, attempted to attack him with a knife. King was arrested, transported, processed and later released after posting bond.

7:09 p.m. Theft of mislaid property -- 1000 block of Belle Valley. The victim reported she left her purse sitting on the porch of her residence. When she returned an hour later to retrieve it, the purse was missing.

10:31 p.m. Drunkenness -- West End Station, 8800 W. Main St. Officers responded to the West End Station and located an intoxicated female who called headquarters wanting a ride to the 7100 block of West Main Street. Officers tried to obtain the female's identification as she sat on the parking lot. The female was identified as Christine Steif, 44. Steif was arrested, transported and processed. Seif was released to a family member with a notice to appear.

SATURDAY, MARCH 9

3:44 p.m. Retail theft -- All About Eyes, 5650 Belleville Crossing. About 11:15 a.m. March 7, a male suspect was observed on video surveillance concealing merchandise and leaving the store without purchasing the items.

5:01 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 300 block of Kansas Avenue. Mark T. Minemann, 36, was arrested due to his level of intoxication, and he allegedly yelled and threatened neighbors. Four neighbors singed nontraffic citations against Minemann. Minemann was transported and later released after posting bond.

8:26 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1500 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported unknown person(s) damaged the front bumper of her 2007 GMC Yukon.

9:18 p.m. Disturbance, possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia -- 4000 block of West Main Street. Officers received a report of a disturbance at Circle K, 2709 W. Main. Officers were advised the parties and vehicles involved a green Cavalier and a blue Dodge truck, left the scene. Officers observed the Cavalier traveling at a high rate of speed and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Ashlee R. Bridger, 24, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant and was found to be in possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. The passenger, Darius L. Pierce, 18, was intoxicated and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Bridger and Pierce were transported and later transported to court.

SUNDAY, MARCH 10

8:16 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Kingery Court. The victim reported being involved in an argument with her boyfriend, Ahmad J. Mims, 38, in the parking lot at which time Mims threw a cinder block through the windshield of her vehicle. Mims was arrested, transported, processed and held pending bond.

5:53 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Memorial Hospital, 4500 Memorial Drive. A juvenile and Ungela Moore, 28, were arrested for causing a disturbance and shoving one another during a verbal argument in the waiting room of the ER. Memorial security signed a nontraffic citation for disorderly conduct against both. Both subjects were issued their citations at the hospital and released with a notice to appear.

6:19 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 500 block of Mascoutah Avenue. Officers responded to the residence for a report of a disturbance. On arrival Deanna Loyet, 46, was located, intoxicated and creating a disturbance. Officers attempted to calm all parties involved, however Loyet continued to interrupt. Loyet was arrested, transported processed and held pending sobriety.

8:59 p.m. Criminal damage to property, possible attempted burglary -- Springleaf Financial, 5720 North Belt West. Officers responded to the business for a report of a shattered front door. Officers arrived and found damage to the main entrance door however it did not appear that entry was gained.

11:18 p.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct -- 1100 block of South Illinois. The driver, Vincent Gunter, 53, was arrested during a traffic stop after he appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. The passenger, Angel E. Simeon, 49, was also arrested after she interfered with the officers conducting the traffic stop. Both were transported, processed and later released after posting bond.

MONDAY, MARCH 11

5:14 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 200 block of South 16th Street. The victim reported unknown person(s) shattered the driver's side window of her vehicle.

6:25 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 200 block of South Illinois. The victim reported unknwon person(s) scratched the front and back driver's side doors.

6:40 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of North 15th Street. The victim reported between the hours of 8:30 p.m. on March 10 and 6:36 a.m. on March 11, unknown person(s) shattered the rear window of his vehicle.

9:16 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 300 block of North Seventh Street. The victim reported between 12:01 and 7:40 a.m., unknown person(s) shattered the rear window of her vehicle.

10:23 a.m. Theft -- Dinges Auto Sales, 820 S. Illinois. The business owner reported between March 9 at 4 p.m. and March 11 at 8 a.m., unknown person(s) removed property located at the rear of the business.

12:19 p.m. Theft -- 1700 block of North Charles Street. The victim reported unknown person(s) removed items from the rear of her property.

1:34 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 300 block of South 16th Street. The victim reported his girlfriend/suspect allegedly struck him several times with her fist and the handle of a knife.

4:57 p.m. Theft -- 500 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported between 10:30 a.m. and 4:57 p.m., property was stolen from his front yard.

11:28 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 7600 block of West Main Street. The victim reported her residence had been broken into and property was missing.

TUESDAY, MARCH 12

3:51 p.m. Accident, driving under the influence -- North 37th Street at Little Flower Lane. Officers responded to a report of an accident. While investigating the accident, the driver of one of the vehicles, Jennifer R. Haentzler, 29, appeared to be intoxicated. Haentzler failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. Haentzler was transported, processed and released after posting bond.

7:04 p.m. Retail theft -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Employees reported the suspect took merchandise from the store without purchasing it. The store manager signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect for retail theft. The suspect was gone on arrival.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, MARCH 8

Brian C. O'Rourke, 44, of 203 E. Ellis St., Summerfield, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent on March 6 by Mascoutah police. O'Rourke allegedly made physical contact with Dennell O'Rourke, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck Dennell O'Rourke with his hand. Defendant had been previously been convicted of domestic battery on March 19, 1998.

Michael J. Lyday Jr., 28, of 521 E. Third St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on 2012 by O'Fallon police. Lyday allegedly took merchandise from Moto Mart, 8401 U.S. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being gasoline and a soda, total retail value not in excess of $300.

Gregory J. Beile, 31, of 173 Eagle Ave, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender on March 4 by O'Fallon police. Beile allegedly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address, in accordance with the privisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the chief of police of O'Fallon, within three days of his residence address.

Theron D. Hubbard, 27, of 1420 S. H St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of making a terrorist threat and telephone harassment on Feb. 24 by Shiloh police. Hubbard allegedly threatened to commit a terrorist act, by stating during a telephone conversation that he would go to a bus stop and kill kids and whoever was sitting at the bus stop, and thereby caused a reasonable expectation or fear of the imminent commission of a terrorist act; made repeated phone calls to the Joseph Shea with the intent solely to threaten or harass Joseph Shea, with the intent solely to threaten or harass him and in those phone calls the defendant stated he would kill Shea and the children of Shea.

Darron L. Chairs Jr., 23, of 3056 Audubon Drive, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on March 7 by East St. Louis police. Chairs allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Jimmy L. Allen, 27, of 324 Levin Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on March 7 by St. Clair County sheriff. Allen allegedly had in his possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; unlawfully delivered to confidential source less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.

Orlando C. Stevenson, 26, of 41 Louise Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on Feb. 23 by East St. Louis police. Stevenson allegedly while operating a motor vehicle, a gold Hyundai Santa Fe, was given a visual signal by a police officer Ronald McClellan, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle that displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights, which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said gold Hyundai Santa Fe to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs.

MONDAY, MARCH 11

Lashawn D. Good, 37, of 1743 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on March 7 by Illinois State Police. Good allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Malachi J. Branch, 19, of 30 Helen Court, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of fugitive from justice on March 8 by St. Clair County sheriff. Branch allegedly fled the state of Tennessee with the intent to avoid prosecution for that offense.

Samuel M. Price, 27, of 1500 N. 55th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint, and domestic battery on March 4 by Washington Park police. Price allegedly strangled Kayla Union, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed Union by the throat and applied pressure thereby impeding her breathing; detained Union in that through use of force and threats detained Union inside of a vehicle against her will; made physical contact with Union, a family/household member, in that he struck her in the face with his fist.

TUESDAY, MARCH 12

Theron D. Hubbard, 27, of 1420 S. H St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery/harm/police/DOC/DHS and criminal damage to government property on March 8 by Shiloh police. Hubbard allegedly caused bodily harm to Jesse Phillips in that said defendant kicked Phillips, knowing Phillips to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties; knowingly damaged, without the consent of the city of Shiloh, a police car window, which property is supported with city of Shiloh funds, said damage not in excess of $500.

Antonio L. McCoy, 29, of 450 N. Sixth St., Apt. 5E, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of violated sex offender registration on March 8 by Fairview Heights police. McCoy allegedly failed to register in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act with the East St. Louis police, where he was domiciled for a period of time of three days or more.

Christopher M. Shearer, 25, of 1710 Preservation Place, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on March 8 by Freeburg police. Shearer allegedly carried concealed on his/her person a semi-automatic handgun, at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, unloaded and the firearm and ammunition for the weapon was immediately accessible.

Corey L. Hoffman, 38, of 3632 McCasland Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense and three counts of domestic battery on March 9 by Cahokia police. Hoffman allegedly made physical contact with Stella M. Williams, a family/household member, in that defendant struck Williams in the face with his hand; struck her in the face; grabbed her about her neck; grabbed her about her body. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on July 21, 2006.

Darnell S. Manning, 38, of 1622 1/2 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis on March 9 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Manning allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine (in powder form) and cocaine (in rock form); and possessed more than 10 but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Leon W. Peacock, 30, of 1202 W. Church St., Urbana, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked on March 9 by Fairview Heights police. Peacock allegedly drove a silver 2003 Ford Expedition on North Illinois Street in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Christopher L. Chartrand, 32, of 214 S. Eighth St., East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of escape on Feb. 27 by East Carondelet police. Chartrand allegedly while in the custody of Rodney Stone, a peace officer for the city of East Carondelet, for the alleged violation of a condition of the defendant's probation for the felony offense of domestic battery, subsequent, intentionally escaped from Rodney Stone.

David A. Sanchez, 25, of 860 Jerry City, Jerry City, Ohio, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on July 29 by Fairview Heights police. Sanchez allegedly had in his possession a substance containing clonazepam.

Jason S. Russell, 29, of 2612 Smelting Works Road, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on March 18 by Fairview Heights police. Russell allegedly had in his possession a substance containing hydrocodone.

Steven W. Wallace, 23, of 8311 College St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on April 3 by Fairview Heights police. Wallace allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Jon C. Fifer, 28, of 42012 E. Schwarz St., Edwardsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis, unlawful possession of cannabis, driving under the influence and endangering a child on Aug. 14 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Fifer allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; possessed more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; drove a blue and white 1993 Dodge Daytona on North Illinois Street in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol; while the male minor child was a passenger without the proper safety restraint system.

Valdese A. Johnson Jr., 30, of 723 N. 84th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Jan. 3 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Johnson allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Shaune O. Lewis, 27, of 2975 Willowcreek Estate Drive, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on March 10 by Brooklyn police. Lewis allegedly carried in a vehicle a .9-mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible.

Elizabeth A. Quate, 31, of 255 Lebanon Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of forgery on Feb. 1 by Fairview Heights police. Quate allegedly with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to Fairview Liquor, at 5329 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, John Crain, a check, of Slacker's CDs and Games drawn on the First National Bank of O'Fallon, payable to Elizabeth Quate in the amount of $145 and signed as drawer John Carin, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Brandon D. Johnson, 21, of 2 Belle Drive, Apt 4A, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis on Jan. 1 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Johnson allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; possessed more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Thomas L. Kyle, 35, of 2600 Eastview Drive 4, Belleville, arrested on two counts ofsuspicion of domestic battery, susequent offense on March 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kyle allegedly made physical contact with Loura Kyle, a family/household member, in that said defendant hit Kyle with an ashtray and hit her with a can. Defendant had previously been convicted of unlawful violation of order of protection on Oct. 24, 2003.
