The Irish flag-raising at the St. Clair County Building to honor St. Patrick has been rescheduled to 3 p.m. Friday.
The flag-raising originally was scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday but was delayed for the funeral of St. Clair County Associate Judge Joe Christ, who died Sunday.
Christ's funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in St. Louis. Interment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lebanon.
