Bishop of the Belleville Diocese Edward K. Braxton will speak Sunday about the 50th anniversary of the Second Vatican Council and the election of Pope Francis.
The presentation, discussion and question-and-answer session will be from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Peter in Belleville.
