EDWARDSVILLE — The Madison County Board will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday in the County Administration Building.
Among the items on the agenda: the widening of New Poag Road near Edwardsville; adding projects in Alton and Bethalto to the River Bend Enterprise Zone; a proposal for in-school youth programs by the Madison County Employment and Training Department, and an ordinance regulating cable services in Madison County.
