Gas prices jump again in metro-east

Gas prices have taken another jump in the metro-east.

The price for a gallon of regular rose 14 cents, from $3.75 to $3.89, on Thursday at many metro-east stations.

Despite lower demand nationally, the price for petrol has risen steadily in recent months in the area, with prices expected to reach $4 when the summer travel months arrive.
