As a former Brooklyn City Hall employee, of five years, I implemented the current trash and sewer collection system which reversed the operating deficit through decreasing cost and increasing profits. As Village Treasurer, I helped prepare the Village operating budget, I performed and prepared audit task.
I helped initiate measures to improve customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
