I'm afraid there wasn't much news in Dan Kelley's recent BND article on the ongoing saga of MidAmerica Airport. He noted that a dairy farm in Trenton produces exportable yogurt, but my research indicated that the largely non-dairy Chinese diet doesn't really yearn for it. So much for what Airport Director Tim Cantwell calls, "a natural match."
In the photo that accompanies the article dairy employees are shown preparing Greek yogurt. Perhaps cargo flights to Greece are now on the table? I'm sure there's a consultant out there willing to study that, too.
The reporter called it MidAmerica St. Louis Airport. I think St. Louis airports have their own challenges without being associated with ours.
