The primary cause for the exorbitant number of black males in prisons is black boys commonly grow up without any paternal involvement and are forced to make decisions they are not equipped for.
There is no greater hazard or danger to a community than large numbers of boys growing up without the care and guidance of fathers. Gangs and deadly violence are common in such communities.
Black people seem incapable of understanding there are people who greatly benefit from the policies that encourage the destruction of the black family. Millions of taxpayer dollars are appropriated each year ostensibly for the benefit of the poor.
The welfare industry is built on the backs of black people, just as slavery was.
