There is a 20 percent of rain showers mixed with snow during the morning hours, according to the National Weather Service. After hovering in the 30s during the morning, a high temperature of 48 degrees is expected in the afternoon.
After an overnight low of 27, skies are expected to be clear with a high of 49 degrees on Tuesday.
