Police found 1,368 grams of cannabis, which is slightly more than three pounds of marijuana.
Kyle R. Garvey, 23, was charged with possession with intent to deliver cannabis in an amount over 500 grams and less than 2,000 grams. Bail was set April 1 at $150,000.
