Michael Kloos won the Don Klein Klassic 28 for UMP Late Models last Friday at Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville.
Mike Schulte, Rodney Standerfer, Brent Kreke and Ed Dixon rounded out the top five.
In the UMP Modifieds, Dean Hoffman took the win over Kenny Wallace, Rusty Griffaw, Brian Bielong and Brock Bauman.
In the UMP Sportsmen class, Ryan Gegg would get his first feature win at Belle Clair Speedway. He was followed by Nathan Schmitt, Mike Jones, Brian Sinn and Kipp Schaefer.
It's "Freeburg Friday" this week at Belle-Clair Speedway, with fans from Freeburg receiving $5 off grandstand admission tickets.
Highland Speedway will hold its Easter Egg Dash on Saturday after the event was postponed last week because of wet conditions.
There will be an Easter Egg Dash for the track's Junior Fan Club members during intermission. Children can also meet the Easter Bunny and get pictures taken.
There will be early starting times due to the make up features from last week.
Racing action will feature the UMP Late Models, UMP Steve Schmitt Modifieds, UMP B-Dry Solutions SportMods, UMP Hamel Coop Street Stocks, & Daum Insurance Outlaw Micros.
The night of racing incldes double features for the UMP B-Dry Solutions SportMods and UMP Hamel Coop Street Stocks.
Gates open at 5 p.m. with make-up features at 6 p.m. Box seats are $15, general admission grandstand tickets are $12 and children 10-under are free with a paid adult admission. Pit Passes are $30 and pit passes for children 10-under are $15.
Last Friday's season opener at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach was postponed and the track plans to kick off its racing season Friday. Also scheduled are a children's Easter egg hunt and a chance to meet the Easter Bunny.
Federated Auto Parts Raceway
The weekly racing program at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Mo., kicks off Saturday night with UMP DIRTcar Late Models, UMP DIRTcar Modifieds, UMP DIRTcar/AARA Sportsman & UMP DIRTcar/AARA Pro 4 Stocks.
Grandstands open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. Grandstand admission is $12 with children 12-under admitted free in the grandstands.
The National Dirt Racing League event at Federated Auto Part Raceway at I-55 scheduled for last weekend was postponed due to bad weather. It is rescheduled for April 13.
