I try to keep up on current events, but I guess I missed this item. Can anyone tell me where I can find the article on the intensive, in-depth investigative report that the government was going to provide on Benghazi? I refer to the report that was going to investigate all the events before and leading up to, as well as the actual events that took place at Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012.
I realize it has only been six months since this event and I realize, as in the original initial government response to Benghazi's request for help, "It takes time to analyze the situation and not to over react to a spontaneous protest," or some such weak response. I guess they did not trust the drone or the previous requests from Cairo and Benghazi for increased security. Well, I'm sure that the families of the ambassador, the Navy Seals and other defenders will appreciate the governments caution.
I'm sure everyone will understand ... as there have been so many important things going on. You know, the election, the inauguration, appointing department heads, the sequester, and of course, the one that could be the finale, total gun control. Sorry that I missed that article on Benghazi.
