The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, APRIL 18

Quinne L. Davis, 37, of 1402 E St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 17 by the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department. Davis allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly possessed less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Javonte I. Settles, 19, of 316 N. 39th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about Feb. 14 by Belleville police. Settles allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Christopher Good, 1905 N. Church St., St. Clair County, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Morris W. Aldrich, 49, of 9111 Summit, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, possession of a firearm, no valid FOID Card and possession of ammunition, no valid FOID Card on or about April 16 by Fairview Heights police. Aldrich allegedly had in his possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; knowingly possessed a 22-caliber Remington long bolt action rifle, without a FOID Card; knowingly possessed ammunition, three red shotgun shells, without having in his possession a FOID Card previously issued in his name.

Tammy R. Pospischel, 43, of 4050 Lake Drive, Pontoon Beach, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about April 17 by Fairview Heights police. Pospischel allegedly drove a red 1998 Dodge Durango on Illinois 157 in Fairview Heights, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on May 10, 2011.

Dominic L. Cooks, 22, of 537 Shady Lane, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about April 17 by Fairview Heights police. Cooks allegedly took merchandise from Marshalls, 5935 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being socks, underwear, shorts and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. The defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft, Subsequent on Oct. 21, 2010.

Vincent L. McNeil, 32, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of escape by East St. Louis police.

William L. Henderson, 28, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Daveontay A. Brown, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Syruss D. Kennedy, 19, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Justin Andrews, 21, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of robbery by Belleville police.

Yazmin C. Cole, 20, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marquise A. Brooks, 22, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Brandon L. Jackson, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and unlawful use of a weapon by Belleville police.

Matthew W. Sorenson, 24, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jowon M. Dolly, 33, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, probation violation and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Derrick Crumble, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

William B. Walker, 44, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher S. Barr, 38, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of contempt of court and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

William Moore, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Probation Department.

Shemon J. Martin, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Probation Department.

Shaun J. Schmierbach, 31, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Probation Department.

Clifford E. Teague, 42, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Eli Griffin, 60, of New Baden, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Deangala S. Carter, 37, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Steven W. Wallace, 23, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Markia B. Bess, 19, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

MADISON COUNTY SHERIFF

Nickolus McPherson, 24, of Glen Carbon, was charged Friday in Madison County Circuit Court with criminal trespassing an occupied residence and home invasion in Collinsville. McPherson was arrested and transported to the Madison County Jail. His bail has been set at $100,000.
