The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, APRIL 19

Marcus D. Griffin, 34, of 500 Anna St., Lot 35, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on or about April 14 by Belleville police. Griffin allegedly while armed with a dangerous weapon, a knife, knowingly took property, being one wallet, one cellphone and $113 U.S. currency from the presence of Kayla A. Frazier, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Myron M. Hughes, 21, of 3001 West Blvd., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 28 by Fairview Heights police. Hughes allegedly had in his possession a substance containing hydrocodone.

Charles D. Hollis Jr., 1617 Primrose Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Feb. 5 by Fairview Heights police. Hollis allegedly took possession of merchandise from Hobby Lobby, 10850 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, being a Yard Boss brand train, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft, subsequent on Oct. 22, 1997.

Clifford E. Teague, 42, of 5204 Ruskin Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about April 18 by Swansea police. Teague allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to First Bank, at 4387 N. Illinois St., in Swansea, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, a representative of Tequila of Red Bud Inc., a check, drawn on the First Bank dated April 18 and payable to Clifford Teague in the amount of $2,744.25 and signed as drawer an illegible signature, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Samuel M. Price, 27, of 1500 N. 55th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about April 18 by Washington Park police. Price allegedly and by means of the discharging of a firearm caused an injury to Anthony A. Harrison, in that said defendant shot Anthony A. Harrison in the leg with a handgun.

BobbieJo S. Evans, 29, of 500 Anna, Lot 35, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on or about April 14 by Belleville police. Evans allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a knife, knowingly took property, being one wallet, one cellphone and $113 U.S. currency, from the presence of Kayla A. Frazier, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Dmarco P. McClatchery, 109 Donald St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery on or about April 17 by Cahokia police. McClatchery allegedly caused great bodily harm to Edward Williams, a family/household member of the defendant, in that said defendant hit Edward Williams on the head with a rifle, causing a laceration to his head.

Michael D. Tarrance, 23, of Birmingham, Ala., arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual assault by force, three counts of domestic battery, prior offense on or about April 15 by Shiloh police. Tarrance allegedly committed an act of sexual assault with Crystal Lehnen by the use of force; made physical contact with Crystal Lehnen, a family/household member, in that the defendant pushed Crystal Lehnen, ripped her shirt and smacked her buttocks. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on March 21.

MONDAY, APRIL 22

Lamarian A. Jones, 21, of 2249 Loren, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a machine gun, automatic gun and aggravated discharge of a firearm on or about April 15 by Cahokia police. Jones allegedly possessed a machine gun or automatic gun, which automatically shoots more than one shot without manually reloading by a single function of the trigger, said gun being a black Archangel rifle, .22-caliber 5.56mm; knowingly discharged a firearm, a black .22-caliber Archangel 5.56mm automatic weapon, in the direction of a building, located at 106 W. Adams, Cahokia, which he reasonably should have known to be occupied.

Cydney C. Creek, 19, of 310 Schwarz Meadow Court, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 29 by O'Fallon police. Creek allegedly had in her possession a substance containing lisdexamfetamine.

Alexis B. Lodes, 18, of 1109 Roundtable Court, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 29 by O'Fallon police. Lodes allegedly had in her possession a substance containing lisdexamphetamine.

Toby E. Reaka, 17, of 208 Lola Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Dec. 4 by Belleville police. Reaka allegedly had in his possession a substance containing lisdexamfetamine.

James K. Rundquist, 17, of 217 Kadlec, Fairview Heights police, on or about Dec. 3 by Belleville police. Rundquist allegedly had in his possession a substance containing lisdexamfetamine.

Clinton J. Trentman, 17, of 2601 Old Collinsville Road, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Dec. 3 by Belleville police. Trentman allegedly had in his possession a substance containing lisdexamfetamine.

Jason R. Taylor, 35, of 278 E. Carlyle, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery of a child; aggravated battery by use of a deadly weapon; domestic battery and physical contact on or about April 18 by St. Clair County sheriff. Taylor allegedly caused bodily harm to a female minor with the date of birth of July 3, 2009, a child under the age of 13 years, in that he grabbed her by the throat off the toilet and threw her to the floor of a bathroom; grabbed her by the body and threw her into a wall in a bedroom; by use of a deadly weapon, a hammer, knowingly cause bodily harm to Lori L. Taylor, a family/household member, in that he struck her about the body with the hammer; and slapped her across the face with his hand.

Brandon J. Carson, 21, of 1129 St. Boniface Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, three counts of aggravated battery while pregnant, on or about April 19 by Cahokia police. Carson allegedly strangled Tyesha Gibbs, a family/household member, in that defendant grabbed Tyesha Gibbs by her throat with his hands and applied pressure thereby impeding airflow; grabbed Tyesha Gibbs by her arms and held her down, knowing Tyesha Gibbs to be pregnant; and sat on her stomach; and pinned her against a pole, knowing her to be pregnant.

Michael A. Knipp, 50, of 9168 Forest Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about April 19 by Fairview Heights police. Knipp allegedly drove a tan 1999 Chevrolet Blazer on Illinois 161 in Fairview Heights, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on March 23, 2012.

Keith L. Thomas, 42, of 342 Frey Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while license is revoked on or about April 20 by Fairview Heights police. Thomas allegedly drove a 2001 gold Chrysler 300 on Frey Lane, Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Lagardo F. Wright, 31, of 2924 Richland Prairie Blvd., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license if revoked, subsequent on or about April 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Wright allegedly drove a green 1997 Ford Expedition on Green Mount Road in Belleville while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Dec. 7, 2011.

Jarrett A. Osborne, 35, of 850 W. McAllister St., Lot C, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about March 22 by Lebanon police. Osborne allegedly made physical contact with Melissa K. Miller, a family/household member, by striking her in the head with his hand and shoving her about the body with his hands. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on April 17, 2009.

Eric Easter, 37, of 12 Sheryl Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of failure to register temporary domicile as a sex offender on or about April 20 by Fairview Heights police. Easter allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to register in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Reistration Act, with the chief of police of village of Washington Park, where he was temporarily domiciled for a period of time of three days or more.

Corey D. Leonard, 41, of 10061 Grosvenor Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about April 21 by Fairview Heights police. Leonard allegedly took merchandise from Dillard's, 275 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being pairs of jeans, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Oct. 16, 2009.

Brandt W. Sharp, 28, of 11948 Barbara Drive, Maryland Heights, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about Feb. 8 by O'Fallon police. Sharp allegedly had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Cheri R. Radley-Beasley, 28, of 1713 W. U.S. 50, Lot 34, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and great bodily harm on or about 2012 by O'Fallon police. Radley-Beasley allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Theodore Schmidt, a person over the age of 60 years, in that she struck Theodore Schmidt in the chest.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

THURSDAY, APRIL 18

Derrick Hawkins, 47, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Dominic L. Cooks, 22, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Fairview Heights police.

Rico A. Crawford, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by Centreville police.

Vanardell D. Thomas, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of battery by Centreville police.

Clifford E. Teague, 42, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Eli Griffin, 60, of New Baden, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Deangala S. Carter, 37, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Steven W. Wallace, 23, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Markia B. Bess, 19, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
