Madison County State's Attorney to speak to students about danger of drugs

Madison County State's Attorney Tom Gibbons will appear at local schools Wednesday and Thursday to talk about the dangers of alcohol and drugs.

He'll talk to students at Lincoln Middle School seventh graders Wednesday from 8:40 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. On Thursday he'll speak to Liberty Middle School students from 8:15 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. Both schools are in Edwardsville.

The discussion is part of Madison County's Project DrugSMART anti-drugs campaign.
