Belle-Clair to host Dambacher Trucking 40

Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville will be holding its Dambacher Trucking 40 this Friday, a Super Late Model 40-lap feature event paying $1,500 to win.

There have been four different feature winners in four weeks. All the other racing classes will be in action as well. Gates open at 5 p.m. with hot laps at 6:20 p.m. and racing at 7 p.m.

Tri-City Speedway

Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach will run its regularly scheduled race card Friday night with the Lucas Late Model Dirt Spring Spectacular planned for May 3 paying $10,000 to win.

UMP Modifieds will run for $1,000 to win and UMP Pro Crate Late Models running for $700 to win.

Highland Speedway

Hamel Co-op Grain Co. and 95.7 FM The Rock are excited to present "70's Night" at Highland Speedway on Saturday.

This night of racing action includes a contest for the best 70's attire. The racing includes UMP Late Models, UMP Steve Schmitt Modifieds, UMP Miller Lite Crates, UMP B-Dry Solutions SportMods and UMP Hamel Co-op Street Stocks.

The Pick 3 Contest rolled over last Saturday, so come out and try your chance at the $200 jackpot brought to you by the Huddle House.

Highland Speedway has partnered with Tri-City Speedway to bring the Crate Double-Down weekend once a month. Saturday night will be the first night for the Crate Double Down at Highland Speedway.

Federated Auto Parts Raceway

Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Mo., postponed its racing events last Saturday and was forced to do so again this Saturday because of Mississippi River flooding.

The World of Outlaws Sprint car event scheduled for April 27 has also been canceled A full program of racing is set to return May 4.
