So Sen. John McCain and his ilk think the Boston bomber should be tried as an enemy combatant because "he should not be able to remain silent." which is a right of American citizens and people tried in American courts. More or less, McCain is talking about torture to make him talk to get possible information about terrorism. This shouldn't even be considered on enemy combatants in a war let alone an American citizen (which suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is).
McCain, an American war hero, and a prisoner of war who was tortured as an enemy combatant, should know better.
