News-DemocratApril 28, 2013

A new shopping center under construction on Central Park Drive in O'Fallon will house a Mexican restaurant, an eye wear retail store and a Subway.

Developer Darrell Shelton, of Shelton Investments in O'Fallon, said the new 9,800-square-foot Central Park Center will also be home to La Casa Mexicana and All About Eyes. The shopping center is expected to open in about two months and will be across the street from the new Menards and adjacent to Buffalo Wildwings, Ravanelli's and Texas Roadhouse.

Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers has opened a new shop in Collinsville. You can find the new location at 1180 Collinsville Crossing or call them at 344-4479. Dobbs has other metro-east locations in Fairview Heights, Shiloh, Swansea, Cahokia, Edwardsville and Waterloo.

Little Caesars has plans to expand in St. Clair County. Vice president of franchise development Bob Mazziotti announced last week that the carryout pizza chain will build new locations in St. Clair County, including one in Cahokia. Stay tuned.

A 180-acre development in Shiloh may soon have its first tenant. Pending approval by the village board, American Eagle Credit Union would be the first to build at Three Springs at Shiloh, located on the southeast corner of North Green Mount Road and Frank Scott Parkway. Land was first cleared at the development about two years ago.

And finally, St. Louis law firm Brown & Crouppen PC has recently opened an office in the metro-east at 303 Fountains Parkway, Suite 210, in Fairview Heights. Call 877-920-3517 to find out more.
