Features: A hands-on class in the hotel's kitchens with local food producers and chefs. Students will learn the benefits of fresh ingredients and prepare a full menu featuring them. Includes breakfast and lunch in the hotel's Wine Room, plus a booklet with the recipes prepared by the students.
