BELLEVILLE POLICE

TUESDAY, APRIL 23

9:47 a.m. Residential burglary --2000 block of Tampico. The victim reported an unknown male entered her residence through an unlocked door. The suspect observed the victim and fled. Property was discovered stolen.

10:38 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia -- 1800 block of West Main Street. Dylan R. Compton, 26, was arrested for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody.

12:28 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2608 Green Mount Commons. Chasity K. Bell, 18, and a juvenile, were arrested for retail theft. Both were taken into custody.

1:22 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia -- 2300 block of South Belt West. Cesar Acosta-Lopez, 21, Alberto Teller, 22, Tim Reintgen, 21, Daniel Rojas, 21, and Jesus Ahumada, 21, were arrested for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. All subjects were taken into custody.

11:07 p.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- First block of South Belt West. The driver, Christina L. Nichols, 38, was arrested for driving under the influence. She was taken into custody.

11:39 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- Caseyville at Pensoneau. The driver, Gregory V. Murphy, 25, was arrested for possession of cannabis. He was taken into custody.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24

10:23 a.m. Domestic battery -- 800 block of South Jackson. The victim reported she was battered by the suspect/husband. He was taken into custody.

10:24 a.m. Theft -- 5000 block of West Main Street. The victim reported the suspects borrowed some property and never returned the items.

12:29 p.m. Belated residential burglary, arrest -- A burglary suspect was located and taken into custody.

1:05 p.m. Retail theft -- Home Depot, 5501 Belleville Crossing. David A. Mayo, 47, was arrested for retail theft. He was taken into custody.

9:05 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1700 block of North Charles. The victim reported property was missing from his vehicle.

10:38 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- South Belt East at South Church Street. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody.

10:58 p.m. Robbery, battery, possession of a controlled substance -- 1100 block of West A Street. The victims reported they were battered by an acquaintance/suspect and their property was stolen. The suspect was later locaed by the Fairview Heights Police Department and taken into custody.

THURSDAY, APRIL 25

10:41 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- West Main Street and Lebanon Road. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. She was taken into custody.

11:32 a.m. Disorderly conduct, battery -- Wendy's, 2600 Green Mount Commons. Two victims reported a co-worker/suspect created a disturbance and battered one of them. The victims signed nontraffic citations against the suspect for disorderly conduct and battery.

2:45 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- Foley Drive and Signal Hill Boulevard. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Both were taken into custody.

6:22 p.m. Burglary -- 3900 block of West Main Street. The victim reported her door had been kicked in and damaged. No propety was reported missing.

8 p.m. Theft -- 6300 block of West Washington Avenue. The victims reported property was stolen from their residence.

9:47 p.m. Theft -- 3000 block of Roland Avenue. The victim reported property was stolen from her yard.

11:34 p.m. Traffic stop, disorderly conduct -- 2000 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The driver, Tiffany A. Wann, 22, was arrested for an outstanding nontraffic citation for criminal damage. A passenger, Kristin A. Smith, 28, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Both were taken into custody.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, APRIL 26

Dennis H. Pea, 36, of 320 Rich St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on or about Dec. 21 by Caseyville police. Pea allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Gerard Spratt, in that he kicked Spratt in the chest with his foot knowing Spratt to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly had in his possession a substance containing oxycodone; and drove a white 1995 Nissan SUV on South Main Street in Caseyville, while there was an amount of a drug, substnce or compound in his breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of oxycodone.

Kulwinder Singh, 28, of 407 Edwin, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute a drug that is misbranded on or about April 23 by St. Clair County sheriff. Singh allegedly possessed with intent to distribute a drug that is misbranded under the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Yadwinder Singh, 33, of 819 Kaestner, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of distribution of a drug that is misbranded and possession with intent to distribute a drug that is misbranded on or about April 23 by St. Clair County sheriff. Singh allegedly distributed to confidential source a drug that was misbranded, under the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act; and knowingly possessed with the intent to distrubute a drug that is misbranded, under the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Debra M. Benesh, 46, of 409 Forest Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery in a public place and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon on or about April 24 by Belleville police. Benesh allegedly, in committing battery, and while Thomas Peters was in the alleyway of 426 Park, Belleville, a public way, knowingly caused bodily harm to Peters, in that she hit Peters in the back of the head with a metal pipe; and by use of a deadly weapon, a metal pipe, caused bodily harm to Peters, in that she hit him in the back of the head with a metal pipe.

Deandre Gamble, 16, of 3930 Walnut, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon on school grounds by East St. Louis police. Gamble allegedly carried concealed about his person a 9mm pistol at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and the defendant was in a school, being the East St. Louis High School, 4901 State St., East St. Louis.

TUESDAY, APRIL 22

Yvonne Davis, 53, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.

Danyale D. Roddy, 18, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jermaine L. Foster, 20, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.

Carl L. Box, 46, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the infuence, operating uninsured motor vehivle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Neal A. Vogt, 23, of Fairmont City, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Fairmont City police.

Shaun V. Conners, 24, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Swansea police.
