The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, APRIL 26

8:39 a.m. Burglary -- 300 block of South 15th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his garage.

6:20 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Belleville Township High School East parking lot, 2555 West Blvd. The victim reported property was stolen from his unlocked vehicle.

11:17 p.m. Criminal trespass -- 2600 block of Dutch Hollow Road. The victim reported his daughters/suspects entered his residence after being told they are no longer allowed there. The victim signed nontraffic citations against the suspects.

11:40 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- 13th Street at West Main Street. The occupants were arrested for possession of cannabis. All three subjects were taken into custody.

SATURDAY, APRIL 27

3:33 a.m. Driving under the influence -- Public Square. The driver, Dylan J. Dennison, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was taken into custody.

1:12 p.m. Domestic battery -- 4700 block of Bier Street. The victim reported he was battered by his brothers/suspects. Both suspects were arrested and taken into custody.

2:42 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 1000 block of North Church. The victim reported his 2009 Ford Escape was stolen.

5:40 p.m. Unlawful use of debit card -- First block of Westridge Drive. The victim reported her debit card was used without her permission.

7:10 p.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 1100 block of North 39th Street. The victim reported her ex-husband/suspect sent her several text messages, violating an active order of protection.

7:26 p.m. Harassment be telephone -- 200 block of Abend Street. The victim reported receiving a threatening voice message from the suspect. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect.

10:53 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- First block of Hillside Lane. Devante C. Taylor, 19, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody.

SUNDAY, APRIL 28

12:59 a.m. Drunkenness -- Margaritas, 108 E. Main St. Thomas J. Alston, 33, was arrested for drunkenness. He was taken into custody.

4:06 a.m. Attempted burglary to residence -- 400 block of East C Street. The victim reported a window was damaged in an attempt to gain entry to the residence.

7:10 a.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 200 block of South Virginia. The victim reported receiving theats from the suspect violating an active order of protection. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

8:38 a.m. Armed robbery assist Fairview Police Department -- West Main Street at Lebanon Road. K-9 Officer Keys observed two subjects matching the description of the Smokey Bones armed robbery Suspects. Both subjects were detained. Fairview Heights Police Department was contacted and responded. The suspects were positively identified and remanded to Fairview Heights officers.

10:31 a.m. Burglary -- First block of North 28th Street. The victim reported his unlocked garage was entered and property was stolen.

4:37 p.m. Domestic battery -- 1400 block of North Church. The suspect was arrested after allegedly battering his girlfriend/victim. He was taken into custody.

8:48 p.m. Retail theft, battery -- Shop 'N Save, 4201 North Belt West. A male under age was confronted by store employees for retail theft. He reportedly struck the employee(s) and fled on foot from the store.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, APRIL 29

Robin J. Alexander, 22, of 5933 Mitchell Lane, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on a public way on or about Feb. 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Alexander allegedly caused bodily harm to Tylann Starks, in that she struck Tylann Starks about the head, face and body and pulled on her body and pulled her hair, while on Portland Place, Washington Park, a public way.

Heather E. Simpkins, 33, of 2323 Washington Ave., Apt. A, Granite City, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and other non-narcotic scheduled controlled substances on or about April 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Simpkins allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; and possessed with intent to deliver less than 1 gram of a substance containing heroin.

Brian K. Hill, 37, of 1517 Gaty Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of harassment of witness and two counts of violation order of protection, subsequent between Feb. 21 and March 2 by East St. Louis police. Hill allegedly with intent to harass Catina Floore, a person who may be expected to serve as a witness in a pending legal proceeding, because of that potential testimony of Floore, communicated directly or indirectly with the witness in such a manner as to produce mental anguish or emotional distress; and knowingly commited an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant communicated with Floore through telephone; and knowingly commited an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendnt communicated with Floore through a written letter. Defendant had previously been convicted of unlawful violation of an order of protection.

Jacqueline D. Moss, 34, of 501 Westwick Court, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery and driving under the influence on or about April 25 by Swansea police. Moss allegedly made physcial contact of an insulting nature with John Sury, in that she spat in the face and scratched the face of Sury knowing Sury to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; and drove a gray 2010 Nissan Tiran on North Illinois Street in Swansea, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Javar L. Holman, 34, of 1141 N. 42nd, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and three counts of aggravated battery in a public place on or about April 22 by Washington Park police. Holman allegedly strangled Maquetta C. Parram, a family/household member, in that the said defendant grabbed her by the neck and applied pressure thereby impeding airflow; and allegedly while Parram was at 1141 42nd St., Washington Park, a public roadway, made physical contact with Parram, in that he grabbed her and threw her to the ground, grabbed her by the back of her head and slammed her head against the dashboard of a vehicle, and threw food on her.

Steven L. Tiller, 45, of 1417 Wabash Ave. 3R, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of controlled substance while on property of a place of worship and two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on or about April 3 by St. Clair County sheriff. Tiller allegedly while on the property of a place of worship, being the parking lot of the Christ United Church of Christ, located at 29 S. 14th St., Belleville, knowingly delivered to Confidential Source #746, less than one gram of a substance containing heroin; and knowingly and unlawfully delivered to Confidential Source less than one gram of a substance containing heroin.

Shawn C. McDonald, 22, of 765 N. 74th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder, unlawful possession of a weapon on public housing property and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about April 23 by East St. Louis police. McDonald allegedly killed Kelson Mitchell, by shooting him with a gun, and that at the time of the killing he believed the circumstances to be such that, if they existed, would justify or exonerate the killing, but his belief was unreasonable; and knowingly possessed a gun within the corporate limits of East St. Louis at a time when he was not on his own land or in his own abode or fixed place of business, and while on the property of public housing, the John DeShields Housing property in East St Louis; and knowingly possessed a gun, at a time when he was not on his own land or in his own abode of fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Charmonequette J. Reynolds, 21, of 3228 East Ridge Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about April 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Reynolds allegedly made physical contact of an insulting nature with Tonisha N. Turner, knowing her to be pregnant, in that she struck her repeatedly about the body; and knowingly made physical contact of an insulting nature with Turner, a family/household member, in that she struck her repeatedly about the body.

Derel D. Williams, 22, of 4912 Piggott, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary and possession of burglary tools on or about April 27 by Swansea police. Williams allegedly entered a house of Kappert Construction, located at 1420 Clifton Way Court in Swansea, with the intent to commit theft; and knowingly possessed tools, a saw, pry bar and adjustable wrench, suitable for use in breaking into a building with the intent to enter into any such place and with the intent to commit theft.

Pattsy S. Pelate, 26, of 228 W. First St., Cutler, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about April 27 by O'Fallon police. Pelate allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, being shorts, jeans, a stroller and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Steveland M. Kidd, 25, 4301 Walnut Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of violation of absentee ballots between March 6 and March 13 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kidd allegedly, not a voter, a spouse, parent, child, brother, sister of the voter or representative of a company engaged in the business of making deliveries to the election authority, unlawfully took an absentee ballot of the voter for deposit into the mail.

Qiana M. Fletcher, 35, of 2626 Lido Lane, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstructing identification and battery on or about April 28 by Fairview Heights police. Fletcher allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly furnished a false name to Andrew Ward, a peace officer, who had lawfully arrested said defendant; and knowingly made physical contact with David Alger, in that she struck Alger on the face with her hand.

Daniel G. Hunt, 28, of 113 Northland Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on or about April 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hunt allegedly caused great bodily harm to Leolani Posten, a family/household member, in that the said defendant struck her in the head with a Kirby Vacuum attachment and struck her in the head with his fist.

Victoria M. Frison, 27, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shelli K. Bast, 26, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Walter M. Hankins II, 46, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Fairview Heights police.

Derel D. Williams, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary and warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Latasha D. Martin, 34, of St. Charles, Mo., arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Robert M. Barefield, 45, of O'Fallon, Mo., warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Donnetta S. Perry, 31, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Domonishia T. Combs, 28, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Washington Park police.

George Blakey III, 31, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and warrant arrest by Masoutah police.

Miguel A. Calvanio, 23, of Fayetteville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license and traffic violations by Fayetteville police.

Alexander D. McNeely, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dena M. Kanak, 41, of Millstadt, warrant arrest by Millstadt police.
