Features: Get your hands on some dough and a rolling pin so that you can learn the technique of making pie crusts. The Eckert's recipe for glazed strawberry pie will be shared, too.

Spring Harvest

When: Noon to 1 p.m. May 15

Features: Celebrate the spring harvest season. Strawberries, asparagus, rhubarb and herbs will be used in four different recipes. Lunch portions will be served.

Tour of Pizza

When: 6-8 p.m. May 16

Features: Guest chef and caterer Mary Gutzler will prepare her pizza-inspired fresh Italian salad, plus Garlic Tomato Pie and Fresh Pepper and Puttanesca pizzas. Top it all off with a Shot Glass Cheesecake.
