Four juveniles suffered non-life threatening injuries Monday night after two all-terrain vehicles crashed into each other in rural Troy.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department responded about 7:48 p.m. to reports of the crash on Bauer Road near Country Lane.

One ATV was following the other south on Bauer Road. The lead ATV stopped and the second ATV hit it.

Two people were on each vehicle. One ATV was driven by an 11-year-old with a 19-year-old passenger. The other ATV was driven by an 18-year-old with a 15-year-old passenger.

All four people were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries, Capt. Will Dimitroff stated in a news release.
