The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, APRIL 29

9:41 a.m. Assault -- 100 block of North Eighth Street. Phillip D. Jones, 23, Kevin L. Stallings, 29, and Brett A. Stallings, 31, were arrested for assault. All three subjects were taken into custody.

1:43 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 800 block of East Garfield. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

5:48 p.m. Violation of order of protection -- 1700 block of North Church Street. The suspect was arrested after violating an active order of protection. He was taken into custody.

6:16 p.m. Battery -- First block of South 97th Street. The victim reported being battered by the suspect.

8:44 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- Belleville Township High School West, 4063 Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported her vehicle was damaged while it was parked at the school.

9:36 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Circle K, 10 South Belt West. Stepheny N. Harrison was arrested for damage to property. She was taken into custody.

10:56 p.m. Burglary -- 100 block of North 15th Street. Two suspects were arrested for burglary. Both subjects were taken into custody.

TUESDAY, APRIL 30

12:01 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 1700 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported his residence was entered and property was stolen.

1:38 a.m. Attempted vehicle burglary -- Executive Inn, 1234 Centerville Avenue. The victim reported observing two subjects possibly attempting to gain entry to his vehicle. One of the subjects was arrested and taken into custody.

6:33 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Red Bud Lane. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:52 a.m. Theft -- Memorial Hospital Building 3, 4700 Memorial Drive. The victim reported propety was stolen from her purse. The victim's property was located and returned to her.

10:32 a.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 4900 block of West Main Street. The victim reported her 2001 Lincoln LS was stolen.

3:56 p.m. Assist other agency (armed robbery) -- 3693 N. Illinois Swansea. ISPERN was broadcast of an armed robbery with two males leaving the area in a Blue Ford Escape. Officers observed a vehicle fitting the description in Belleville. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle and the vehicle failed to stop. The suspect vehicle crashed at South 29th Street and subjects fled on foot. One subject was apprehended and turned over to Swansea Police Department.

6:19 p.m. Domestic battery -- 1500 block of West Main Street. The victim reported being battered by his stepsons/suspects. One of the suspects was arrested and taken into custody.

7:20 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 9800 block of Olympia. The victim reported his vehicles were damaged along with a mailbox at the residence.

8:28 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North 96th Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle had been entered and property inside had been rummaged through.

8:28 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North 96th Street. The victim reported his vehicle had been entered and propety was stolen.

8:42 p.m. Juvenile battery/mob action -- 300 block of West I Street. The victim reported being attacked by several male juveniles. The victim is acquainted with one of the suspects.

9:29 p.m. Burglary -- 4200 block of Jesse Street. The victim reported his unlocked garage was entered and property was stolen.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 1

12:28 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- 700 block of South Belt West. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Both were taken into custody.

9:38 a.m. Battery -- Conoco, 7406 W. Main St. Clara S. Newby, 21, was arrested for battery. She was taken into custody.

11:23 a.m. Burglary -- Target, 5601 Belleville Crossing. An employee reported the suspects entered the business and took merchandise without paying for the items.

6:20 p.m. Harassment by telephone --7000 block of West Main Street. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against her ex-boyfriend/suspect for harassment by telephone.

6:47 p.m. Residential burglary -- 500 block of West H Street. The victim reported forced entry was made to the residence and property was stolen.

7:05 p.m. Internet fraud -- 200 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported a pop up message from the FBI came up on his computer that instructed him to pay to have his computer unlocked.The victim paid the amount and his computer was unlocked the following day. It was discovered that the FBI virus is one of many computer viruses that are using threats from what appear to be law enforcement agencies to scare people into sending money to pay fines.

11:16 p.m. Criminal trespass -- 700 block of South Jackson. The victim reported the suspect came to the residence multiple times looking for someone who does not live there. The suspect was asked to leave but returned later and was observed throwing rocks at the residence.

thursday, may 2

1:55 a.m. Suspicious subject -- 300 block of North 40th Street. The victim reported observing a subject outside her bedroom window.

2:50 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Shop 'N Save, 4201 North Belt West. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:21 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Highview Drive. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:54 a.m. Residential burglary -- First block of West Pheasantwood. The victim reported her unlocked residence was entered and property was stolen.

11:39 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- 1600 block of West Main Street. Christopher Nance, 20, Corey Sharp, 23, Ashley Yon, 22, and Lillian Boyer, 19, were arrested for possession of cannabis. All subjects were taken into custody.

3:43 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance -- East Garfield and Abend. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested for possession of cannabis and of a controlled substance. Both were taken into custody.

9:32 p.m. Drunkenness -- First block of North Church. Randall Madsen, 46, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

FRIDAY, MAY 3

12:52 a.m. Traffic stop, disorderly conduct -- 1400 block of North 17th Street. Erica Faison, 21, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

1:54 a.m. Domestic battery, theft -- BP Amoco parking lot, 1 South Belt West. The victim reported her ex-boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her and took her property before fleeing the scene.

2:21 a.m. Residential burglary -- 1600 block of Whitlow Drive. The victim reported entry was gained to his residence and property was stolen.

4:01 a.m. Trespassing -- St. Elizabeth's Hospital, 211 S. Third St. Juanita Relford, 53, was arrested for trespassing and taken into custody.

SATURDAY, MAY 4

9:12 a.m. Violation of occupancy -- First block of Kingery Court. Angela A. Gulley, 53, and Leroy Henderson, 57, were arrested for occupancy violation. Gulley was also taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

9:49 a.m. Retail theft -- Peace by Piece, 132 W. Main St. The owner reported merchandise was stolen.

11:48 a.m. Lost or stolen license plate -- Circle K, 3801 North Belt West. The victim reported her Illinois license plate was lost or stolen.

7:24 p.m. Retail theft -- Circle K, 3801 North Belt West. Employees reported merchandise was stolen by an unknown subject.

8:13 p.m. Burglary -- First block of Kansas. The victim reported his garage was entered and property was stolen.

10:01 p.m. Residential burglary -- 500 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported entry was forced to his residence and property, along with a handgun, was stolen.

SUNDAY, MAY 5

1:33 a.m. Aggravated assault, unlawful use of a weapon -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. The victim reported an unknown subject pointed a handgun at him. The victim ran from the scene.

5:40 p.m. Stolen license plates --Eckert's parking lot, 951 S. Green Mount Road. The victim reported the Illinois license plates were removed from his vehicle.

6:57 p.m. Retail theft -- Shop 'N Save, 800 Carlyle Ave. Employees reported an unknown subject stole merchandise from the store.

8:23 p.m. Counterfeit bill -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. A subject attempted to use a counterfeit bill to make a purchase.

9:49 p.m. Recovered stolen license plate, supplemental -- A license plate listed as stolen by our department was recovered by Smithton Police Department. Smithton Police Department arrested a suspect.

9:59 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 4700 block of West Main Street. Darius L. Pierce, 19, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody.

11:35 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1000 block of Belle Valley. The victim reported his vehicle was damaged.

11:35 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1000 block of Belle Valley. The victim reported his vehicle was damaged.

11:44 p.m. Permitting a minor to become intoxicated -- 300 block of South McKinley. Michelle Reichling, 49, was arrested for permitting a minor to become intoxicated. Reichling was taken into custody.

MONDAY, MAY 6

2:03 a.m. Battery -- 200 block of West Garfield. The victim reported the suspect allegedly battered him. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect for battery.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, MAY 6

Ronald McGruder, 55, of 1523 N. 48th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of home invasion causing injury, two counts of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, unlawful restraint and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 2 by Washington Park police. McGruder allegedly entered the dwelling of Shirley I. Snipes, located at 5107 N. Park Drive, Apt. 1, Washington Park, and remained in the dwelling until he knew or had reason to know that Shirley Snipes was present within that dwelling and intentionally caused injury to Snipes, in that he repeatedly hit her about the body; knowingly and repeatedly bit Snipes about the body, knowing her to be an individual of 60 years of age or older; kowingly caused great bodily harm to Snipes in that he repeatedly bit Snipes about the body; knowingly held Snipes and prevented her from leaving her residence; and knowingly had in his possession .5 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Ryan E. Eads, 22, of 403 Art St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of criminal damage to property between May 3 and May 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Eads allegedly damaged property of Elizabeth Lowery, a white 1997 Ford Econoline Van, located at 425 Clarence St., Collinsville, said damage in excess of $300; and knowingly damaged property of Lowery, a red 1997 Dodge Caravan, located at 425 Clarence St., Collinsville, said damage in excess of $300.

Kevin E. Rex, 30, of 3405 Joyce Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent on or about May 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Rex allegedly made physical contact with Ashley N. Thomas, a family/household member, in that the defendant hit her on her forehead/temple region. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery, subsequent on Feb. 14, 2012.

Sybohnn S. Eubanks, 22, of 4 Monticello St., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of murder with intent to kill or injure on or about May 1 by Illinois State Police. Eubanks allegedly and without justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to Tramond Davidson, shot Tramond Davidson in the head with a gun, thereby causing his death.

Ryan M. Anderson, 24, of 703 N. Cherry, Apt. 1, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery and discharge of a firearm on or about May 1 by Illinois State Police. Anderson allegedly and by means of the discharging of a firearm caused an injury to Devonte Thomas in that said defendant shot Devonte Thomas in the right leg with a firearm; shot Thomas in the right torso and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Torcus Boone, in that said defendant shot Torcus Boone in the left torso with a firearm.

Daniel G. Hunt, 28, of 113 Northland Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on or about April 27 by O'Fallon police. Hunt allegedly strangled Leolani Posten, a family/household member, said defendant applied peressure to Posten's neck with his hands thereby impeding the breathing/circulation of Posten; and knowingly made physical contact with Posten, a family/household member, in that said defendant head-butted Posten.

Andrea M. Nelson, 31, of 1689 Jerome Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and retail theft, subsequent on or about May 4 by Cahokia police. Nelson allegedly made physical contact with Joseph Agles, in that she struck Agles about the face with her hand knowing Agles to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; and knowingly resisted the performance of Agles of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Andrea Nelson, knowing Agles to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that she refused to be handcuffed.

David W. Fetrow, 35, of 69 Westbrook, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent between April 6 and April 8 by Belleville police. Fetrow allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 2608 Greenmount Commons, Belleville, being cans of infant formula, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of forgery on Sept. 14, 1998.

Henry E. Jackson Jr., 31, of 513 St. Dorothy, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about May 5 by Cahokia police. Jackson allegedly made physical contact with Karina L. Jackson, a family/household member, in that he struck her about the head with his hands; pulled her hair with his hands and threw a jar of peanut butter, striking her. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Nov. 4, 2005.

Michael C. Kennedy, 27, of 1710 W. F St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is suspended and aggravated driving under the influence on or about May 5 by Fairview Heights police. Kennedy, who had been issued a Monitoring Device Driving Permit, allegedly drove a 1999 white Cadillac Deville on Illinois 161 in Fairview Heights, which was not equipped with an ignition interlock device, at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended and while under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which is driving privileges were suspended.

SATURDAY, MAY 4

Joshua L. Koch, 37, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Walter A. Layne, 34,of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Javier H. Gonzalez, 30, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Justin C. Essenpreis, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of illegal comsumption by a minor by St. Clair County sheriff.

Gary L. Casey Jr., 18, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of illegal consumption by a minor and resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jorge Martinez, 29, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Craig Buchanan, 38, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Keelon A. Johnson, 49, of Centreville, multiple warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Nataurean A. Scales, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by Centreville police.

Lamar A. Dew, 29, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Alorton police.

Kevin E. Rex, 30, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Angela A. Gulley, 53, of Belleville, warrant arrest by arrresting agency not available.

Kevin M. White, 25, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of traffic violation and multiple warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
