Give credit to neighbor in Cleveland

May 10, 2013

The article about the rescue of the three young women in Cleveland was remarkable except for its exclusion of the man who rescued them. If Amanda Berry could have gotten out by herself, she would have done it years ago.

It was the neighbor who heard her calling out for help who broke down the door and did the rescue.

I was watching the Jodi Arias verdict countdown on HLN when the news broke with the announcement of the rescue. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the man's name, but he is the hero in the event. How many other neighbors heard or saw things going on and did nothing. Even the police never followed through on reports.

Find out this man's name and give credit where credit is due.
