BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, MAY 6

6:22 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Glencoe Drive. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

6:48 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of North 40th Street. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

7:46 a.m. Vehicle theft -- First block of South 101st. Street. The victim reported her 2005 Dodge Durange was stolen.

8:11 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 10000 block of Wondell Woods. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:38 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 500 block of South 21st Street. The victim reported his vehicle had been damaged.

1:51 p.m. Disorderly conduct, harassment by phone -- City Hall, 101 S. Illinois. The victim reported receiving a harassing and threatening phone message. Aaron Rogier, 27, was later arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

3:11 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of Lucinda Avenue. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

4:30 p.m. Retail theft -- Easy Buffet, 2524 Green Mount Commons. Three subjects, white males in their 20s, ate at the restaurant then left without paying.

7:48 p.m. Burglary -- 100 block of North Florida. The victim reported entry was made to his unlocked garage and property was stolen.

8:51 p.m. Disorderly conduct, fighting -- First block of South 11th Street. Diana Raymer, 36, and Brittany Bickel, 19, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

9:52 p.m. Criminal trespass -- 1300 block of Orchard. Tyress Wilson, 24, was arrested for trespassing and taken into custody.

TUESDAY, MAY 7

12:10 a.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 100 block of North High Street. The victim reported her husband/suspect battered her. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

2:12 a.m. Robbery -- 300 block of East Main Street. The victim reported the suspect punched him, knocking him to the ground, then took his property.

5:12 a.m. Armed robbery -- First block of West H Street. The victim reported he exchanged words with two subjects in a passing vehicle. They exited armed with handguns. He was struck with a weapon and his property was stolen.

6:19 a.m. Attempted burglary -- Car Wash, 323 Centerville Ave. The complainant reported an attempted entry to the business.

5:45 p.m. Aggravated battery -- 5400 block of North Belt West. The victim reported being stabbed by an acquaintance/suspect during a disturbance. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect was later arrested and taken into custody.

7:35 p.m. Burglary -- 1800 block of East D Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his unlocked garage.

8:20 p.m. Retail theft -- K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. Employees reported a subject stole merchandise from the store.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 8

8:57 a.m. Theft -- 1700 block of Dutch Hollow Road. AT&T employee reported 4 feet of wiring was stolen from a cable connector box.

10 a.m. Unlawful purchase of prohibited materials -- American Recycling, 110 Iowa. Vern Nguyen, 28, was arrested for recyclable metal purchase and taken into custody.

11:32 a.m. Retail theft -- Wireless Advantage, 1 Wade Square. An employee reported merchandise was stolen from the business.

7:19 p.m. Forgery -- Shop N Save, 4201 N. Belt West. Store security reported an unknown subject used an altered check to pay for her purchase.

9:01 p.m. Drunkenness -- Garden Blvd. at McClintock. Magie Blanton, 26, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

9:43 p.m. Garage fire -- 300 block of West H Street. The Belleville Fire Department extinguished a garage fire that was suspicious in nature.

THURSDAY, MAY 9

10:04 a.m. Theft -- 200 block of Kansas Avenue. The victim reported her wallet was missing from her purse.

11:33 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- Elizabeth at Frank Scott Parkway. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was taken into custody.

12:41 p.m. Unlawful delivery of cannabis -- 300 block of South Eighth Street. The suspect was arrested for unlawful delivery of cannabis. The suspect was taken into custody.

1:27 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Alice's Place, 232 N. 11th St. The victim reported property was stolen from his vehicle.

7:43 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- North Belt West at Frank Scott Parkway. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Both were taken into custody.

11:05 p.m. Disturbance, aggravated battery, stabbing -- 8500 block of West Main Street. Two victims reported they had been stabbed by acquaintances/suspects during a disturbance. The suspects were arrested and taken into custody. The victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.

FRIDAY, MAY 10

2:50 a.m. Robbery -- 100 block of North 44th Street. The victim reported she was allegedly robbed by a friend/suspect.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, MAY 10

David Williams, 17, of 946 Goelz St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of three counts of criminal sexual assault by force on or about Sept. 17, 2011, by East St. Louis police. Williams allegedly committed an act of criminal sexual assault by the use of force with a female minor, date of birth May 19, 1995.

Thomas T. Holmes, 62, of 1123 Express Drive 1, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery and physical conduct on or about May 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Holmes allegedly caused great bodily harm to Glenn Latta, a family /household member in that said defendant hit Latta in the head with an object, causing a fracture of Latta's skull; made physical contact with Glenn Latta, in that said defendant hit Latta's finger with a glass object.

Chad C. Carpenter, 42, of 1421 Christina Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent and failure to stop after an accident involving property damage on or about May 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Carpenter allegedly drove a red Dodge Caravan on Keil Drive in Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked; knowingly failed to stop the vehicle he was driving, after that vehicle was involved in an accident at 2500 Keil Drive in Belleville, in which a building of Donald Cooper's was damaged as a result of that accident. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Sept. 28, 2005.

Dennis J. Kane, 5519 Perrin Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of three counts of residential burglary on or about Dec. 28, 2012, by O'Fallon police. Kane allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Douglas Collins, located at 803 Monterey Drive, O'Fallon; knowingly entered into the dwelling place of Dorothy Turner, located at 605 Dartmouth Drive, O'Fallon; knowingly entered into the dwelling place of Lori Netemeyer, located at 207 Harvest St., Millstadt, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Ronald Roberson Jr., 25, of 22 York Port Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of the manufacture and delivery of 15 grams but less than 100 grams of cocaine and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Jan. 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Roberson allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly carried concealed on his person a semi-automatic Glock, at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Said defendant had not been issued a FOID Card.

Brandon J. Johnson, 32, of 2601 Black Lane, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, two counts of criminal damage to property, reckless driving and domestic battery on or about May 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly strangled Cassandra Cole, a family/household member, in that said defendant placed his hands around Cole's throat and applied pressure thereby impeding the normal breathing/circulation and airflow/blood; damaged property of Terry Wilson, a red GMC pickup truck in the street located at the 900 block of Wells Ave., Caseyville, said damage in excess of $300; knowingly damaged property of Kevin Hodge, a black 1999 Pontiac Coupe in the driveway at 901 Wells Ave., St. Clair County, said damage in excess of $300; drove a green Dodge pickup truck on Wells Avenue in Caseyville, with willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property in that said defendant intentionally rammed into Terry Wilson's red pickup truck while Terry Wilson was inside; knowingly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Cassandra Cole, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched Cassandra Cole in the head with his fist.

Courtney M. Korves, 24, of 29 S. 86th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about May 9 by Belleville police. Korves allegedly and by the use of a deadly weapon, a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to DeJanae Jones, in that she stabbed DeJanae Jones in the side with a knife.

Chalise R. Hudson, 31, of 2406 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 10 by East St. Louis police. Hudson allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine, a controlled substance.

David R. Hayes, 34, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Carl E. Eye, 41, of Smithton, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and warrant arrest by Smithton police.

Michael K. Scofield, 34, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Carlton J. Davis, 46, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Nicholas D. Lutker, 25, of Dupo, multiple warrant arrest by Lebanon police.

Ryan C. Schatz, 31, of Troy, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by O'Fallon police.

Victor Tillman, 28, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.
