Enjoy the weather Wednesday; rain could be on the way

If you liked the kind of weather the metro-east had Tuesday, you're probably going to like what's in store for Wednesday.

The National Weather Service calls for a high temperature of about 90 degrees Wednesday under sunny skies -- at least for most of the day. There is a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms after 4 p.m.

The chance of rain increases during the evening hours to 50 percent.

Thursday will be cooler with an expected high of 78 degrees and a 50 percent chance of rain throughout the day. A 30 percent chance of thunderstorms is on tap for Friday.
