BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, MAY 10

7:45 a.m. Domestic battery -- St. Elizabeth's Hospital parking lot, 211 S. Third St. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her.

10:26 a.m. Threats -- 11 Premier Drive. The victim reported being threatened by the suspect.

11:20 a.m. Domestic battery -- 200 block of North Eighth Street. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her.

4:47 p.m. Domestic battery -- 500 block of South Jackson. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her and damaged her vehicle.

4:59 p.m. Retail theft -- Circle K, 3801 North Belt West. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:45 p.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- North Douglas at A Street. Ryan Hesker, 31, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and taken into custody.

7 p.m. Theft -- 2000 block of West A Street. The victim reported property was stolen from the residence.

7:12 p.m. Retail theft -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

10:03 p.m. Disturbance, failure to comply, resisting -- Belleville Quick Shop, 1258 Lebanon Ave. Mark Minemann, 36, was arrested for failure to comply and resisting. He was taken into custody.

SATURDAY, MAY 11

12:42 a.m. Burglary -- 100 block of South 17th Street. The victim reported her shed door was forced open.

3:41 a.m. Battery -- First block of Pageant Court. The victim reported being battered by a friend/suspect. The victim signed a non traffic citation against the suspect for battery.

11:50 a.m. Unlawful visitation interference -- 200 block of Shannon Lane. The victim signed a non traffic citation against the suspect for unlawful visitation interference.

1:25 p.m. Dog at large -- 1700 block of Stevens. Lewanda Mosby, 35, was issued a non traffic citation for dog at large.

4:13 p.m. Retail theft -- Beatniks, 115 E. Main St. A juvenile was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:35 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Circle K, 2709 W. Main St. Shawn Davis, 28, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

8:34 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 900 block of South Sixth Street. The victim reported her vehicle was damaged.

11:30 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 10000 block of Wondell Woods Drive. The victim reported his 2009 Nissan Armada was stolen from his driveway. Belleville officers located the vehicle in East St. Louis and conducted a traffic stop. A suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

SUNDAY, MAY 12

1:11 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 3600 block of West Main Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence. She believes an acquaintance is responsible.

1:53 a.m. Driving under the influence --Sherman at East D Street. John H. Wood, 49, was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

2:39 a.m. Pedestrian under the influence, aggravated battery to a police officer -- Belleville Police Department, 101 S. Illinois. The suspect was arrested for pedestrian under the influence at 17th and West Main Streets and taken into custody. The suspect bit an officer during booking.

7:42 a.m. Disturbance, warrant arrest -- 9900 block of West Main Street. Brittany K. Williams, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County.

1:05 p.m. Attempted burglary -- 700 block of South Jackson. A witness reported observing a subject attempting to force entry to a residence. The suspect fled when confronted.

4:25 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

5:31 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Terrace Motel, 747 South Belt West. Patrick W. Moore, 23, and Corwin A. Moore, 26, were arrested for fighting. Both were taken into custody.

10:01 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 300 block of West Park Drive. The victim, who is pregnant, reported the suspect allegedly battered her.

10:05 p.m. Battery -- North Charles at East A Street. The victim reported being battered by Shelby D. Simmons, 35. Simmons was taken into custody.

10:21 p.m. Theft -- Citizens Park. The victims reported property was stolen by a subject known to them while they were playing softball.

MONDAY, MAY 13

12:13 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 2400 block of Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported her vehicle was damaged.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, MAY 13

Darrick O. Harrell, 20, of 32 Helen Court, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, two counts of aggravated battery of a pregnant and handicapped person on or about May 10 by Cahokia police. Harrell allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person a sword with the intent to use unlawfully against another; in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Kyla McCaster, a pregnant person, in that he grabbed her by the neck and attempted to force her into a vehicle against her will and grabbed her and dragged her by the arm. The defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated robbery.

Jeffrey M. Jones, 25, of 3312 Berwin Green Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of robbery on or about May 10 by Lebanon police. Jones allegedly took property, being U.S. currency, from the person of Lisa Yearian, an employee of The Farmers & Merchants Bank, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Mario L. Hunt, 35, of 1910 Florence, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and transmitted HIV because of intimate contact between Jan. 1, 2011 and June 21, 2011 by Cahokia police. Hunt allegedly committed an act of sexual assault with a male minor; knowing that he was infected with HIV, knowingly engaged in intimate contact with the male minor.

Christopher D. Fortner, 27, of 1391 N. 37th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on or about April 1 by Washington Park police. Fortner allegedly in committing a domestic battery, knowingly strangled Jessica Whitton, a family/household member, in that said defendant placed his hands around the neck of Whitton and applied pressure, thereby impeding the airflow of Whitton; made physical contact with Jessica Whitton, in that he pushed her about the body with his hands.

Michael Rogers, 1307 N. 17th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a peace officer on or about May 12 by Belleville police. Rogers allegedly, in committing battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Samuel Parsons, in that he bit Samuel Parsons on the leg knowing Parsons to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

TUESDAY, MAY 14

Dorian M. McGlown, 26, of 211 N. 62nd St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sexual abuse with a weapon, criminal sexual abuse with force, and unlawful restraint on or about May 11 by Illinois State Police. McGlown allegedly, while threatening to use a dangerous weapon, committed an act of criminal sexual abuse of the victim; knowingly committed an act of sexual conduct with the victim; knowingly and without legal authority detained the victim in that he forced her into his vehicle against her will.

Tillman M. Hunt-Salaam, 21, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marcus A. Evans, 26, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and residential burglary by Alorton police.

Roosevelt Rodgers, 56, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation and traffic violation by Illinois State police.

Shernyce K. Fair, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Darrick O. Harrell, 20, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Cahokia police.

James W. Haywood, 59, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of fraud by St. Clair County sheriff.

Robin A. Helm, 25, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Aaron L. Ware, 29, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land, resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Juanita L. Relford, 53, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by East St. Louis police.

George W. Morning Jr., 47, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Terry L. Brewer, 29, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Nathan C. Wheeler, 34, address unavailable, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by Shiloh police.

Mario L. Hunt, 35, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sexual abuse by Cahokia police.

Marvin E. Stone, 42, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer by Fairview Heights police.

Amber D. Stone, 22, of Fairmont City, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.

Trina M. Robinson, 27, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jared R. Shoemaker, 20, of New Athens, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 by New Athens police.

Chevus S. Durden, 24, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deirdre M. Payne, 48, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joshua T. Steadman, 30, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 by St. Clair County sheriff.

Ricky L. Bell, 36, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Vicenzo P. Cipolletti, 29, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and three traffic violations by Illinois State Police.

Brandon M. Seres, 21, of Keyesport, warrant arrest by Shiloh police.

Tyrone L. Reading, 56, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
