The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, MAY 21

Timothy E. McGrael, 18, of 716 W. State St., Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, three counts of domestic battery with physical contact and resisting a peace officer on or about May 19 by Mascoutah police. McGrael allegedly strangled Zoey Kistner, a family/household member, in that said defendant put his hand's around Zoey Kistner's throat and applied pressure, thereby impeding the normal breathing and circulation of blood of Zoey Kistner; held a knife against the throat of Zoey Kistner; stabbed Zoey Kistner's upper arm with a key; dug his fingernail into her chest; knowingly resisted the performance of David Lasica of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Timothy McGrael, knowing David Lasica to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that said defendant twisted and pulled away from David Lasica while Lasica was trying to bring the defendant to the car to transport him to the police station.

Cole J. Stevenson, 27, of 605 S. Illinois St., Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent between March 1 and March 20 by Millstadt police. Stevenson allegedly obtained control over certain stolen property of Chase Esker, being saws and a weed eater, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on March 21.

Christopher T. Farr, 19, of 2104 Mousette Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of on five counts of aggravated battery to a pregnant person and unlawful restraint on or about May 15 by Cahokia police. Farr allegedly made physical contact with Jacayla Harris, a pregnant person, in that said defendant kicked Harris in her back, shoved her, hit her in the face with his hand, pushed her to the ground and kicked her in the stomach. Defendant knew Harris to be pregnant at the time. Farr knowingly detained Jacayla Harris in that defendant placed a long piece of wood under the door and tied it with a shoestring so she could not leave.

William D. Payne, 30, of 3139 Sherman, St. Ann, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm ammunition by a felon on or about May 20 by Belleville police. Payne allegedly, a person who had been convicted of a felony, possessed in a vehicle firearm ammunition, being a shotgun shell. Defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful use of a weapon on May 19, 2011.

MONDAY, MAY 20

David W. Darris, 21, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Edward A. Williams Jr., 52, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael A. Rutkowski, 53, of Bradenton, Fla., warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Victor Jordan, 52, of Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of battery by Shiloh police.

Lyea N. Clemons, 25, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Fairmont City police.

Travis A. Duensing, 31, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Toiriyan M. Brown, 29, of Granite City, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

TUESDAY, MAY 21

Mickey D. Gibb, 23, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Daniel L. Luddeke, 46, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kimberly K. Beison, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Brandon J. Davis, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary by St. Clair County sheriff.

Chelsea M. Thompson, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment, no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration, suspended or revoked driver's license, driver and passenger seat belt violation, traffic violation and warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Matthew C. Penn, 35, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

James A. Moore, 20, of Madison, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

David J. Semrau, 67, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer and violations of orders of protection by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jarrett J. McDougle, 34, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by East St. Louis police.

Aaron L. Ware, 29, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and criminal trespass to land by East St. Louis police.

Alex Rickman, 48, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault, criminal trespass to a residence and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

James M. Roger, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by Belleville police.

Christopher D. Fortner, 27, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery by East St. Louis police.

Eric D. Jenkins, 23, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Cahokia police.

Christopher T. Farr, 19, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Cahokia police.

Lanny R. Moses, 28, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by O'Fallon police.

Eric C. Calhoun, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Douglas P. Birkner, 40, of Nashville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.

William D. Payne, 30, of St. Ann, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by Belleville police.
