The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, MAY 22

Rodney Y. Herndon, 32, of 4445 Lafin St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about May 4 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Herndon allegedly entered a motor vehicle, a tan 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, of Catherine Edwards, 114 S. Fourth St., Brooklyn, with the intent to commit theft.

Ronald C. Edwards, 18, of 141 N. Ruby Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Jan. 11, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Edwards allegedly entered a vehicle of Leeandra Hoffman, located at 42 Hampton, Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft.

Wayman B. Warren, 54, of 610 Madison St., Lovejoy, arrested on suspicion of manufacturing and delivery of cocaine on or about March 6 by Brooklyn police. Warren allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Micah T. Smith II, 33, of 8835 Torii B, Bridgeton, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Feb. 9 by Brooklyn police. Smith allegedly carried in a vehicle, at a time when he was not on his own land or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, a semi automatic handgun, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a valid FOID Card.

Michael R. Roberts, 27, of 2624 Sierra Drive, Apt. D, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance on or about April 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Roberts allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Jason A. Venarde, 30, of 952 Dammert Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on or about May 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Venarde allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Jameal D. Spencer, 26, of 206 Langston Court, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or about May 21 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Spencer allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a gray 1993 Chevrolet Caprice of Raymond Adams, knowing it to have been stolen.

Charles R. Peterson, 34, of 4096 Marissa Road, Coulterville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about May 21 by O'Fallon police. Peterson allegedly took possession of merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being one Vizio brand computer, total retail value not in excess of $300.

Stanisha K. Tillman, 33, of 1748 46th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and resisting a peace officer on or about April 26 by O'Fallon police. Tillman allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being two prepaid phones, multiple bottles of liquor and multiple packages or razors, total retail value in excess of $300; and knowingly resisted the performance of Adam Taulbee of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the apprehension of Tillman, knowing Taulbee to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that she pushed a shopping cart at Taulbee and then ran away.

Jessica L. Krauss, 22, of 2 Pebble Hill Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about March 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Krauss allegedly had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
