ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, MAY 23

Dannie O. Allen, 30, of 1720 College Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and resisting a police officer on or about May 21 by East St. Louis police. Allen allegedly strangled Lauren Wilson, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed her around the neck and applied pressure, thereby impeding air flow; pushed her about the body and knowingly resisted the performance of Officer K. Randolph of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Dannie Allen, knowing Officer K. Randolph to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he pushed away officers and refused to be detained.

Dustin W. Thebeau, 25, of 2741 Dale Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 22 by Fairview Heights police. Thebeau allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Corey L. Hoffman, 38, of 3632 McCasland Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of three counts of harassment of a witness between March 11 and May 17 by Cahokia police. Hoffman allegedly, with the intent to harass or annoy Stella M. Williams, a person who may be expected to serve as a witness in a pending legal proceeding, because of the potential testimony of Stella Williams, communicated directly or indirectly with Stella Williams in such a manner as to produce mental anguish or emotional distress in that while incarcerated at the St. Clair County Jail, he repeatedly telephoned Stella Williams in excess of 600 times.

Dominique C. Webb, 20, of Fairview Heights was charged with one count of aggravated domestic battery after getting into a fight with his 26-year-old brother Thursday morning in the 9500 block of Mary Ann Drive in Fairview Heights. Fairview Heights Police arrived at the scene and found the victim had suffered a stab wound on the right side of his torso. The man was transported to St. Louis University Hospital for treatment. Webb fled the scene and was apprehended a short time later. His bail has been set at $20,000.

Nastasha M. Hoyle, 34, of Greenville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle and traffic violation by Caseyville police.

Mykia D. Adams, 24, of Florissant, Mo., warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Harry D. Moore, 30, of Alorton, warrant arrest by Alorton police.

Jonathan J. Byers, 56, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Bobby B. Wright, 52, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Belleville police.

Ryan Kilgore, 30, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violations and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Jason A. Venarde, 30, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by Sauget police.

Marian M. Ingram, 50, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Montez R. Dillard, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

Renaldo D. Gordon, 29, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jason S. Klobe, 40, of Marissa, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Liberty D. Roth, 25, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.

Carl A. Brandon, 26, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Crethia R. Southworth, 31, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation and warrant arrest by Cahokia police.
