Obama's ratings going down

May 24, 2013

In response to a letter from Frankie Seaberry: Where is it that President Obama is doing a fabulous job? I sure can't see it anywhere.

He promised during his first term to get unemployment down to at least 6 percent. Well, he maybe brought it down a little, but only a little. We are still at 7 percent or above. From what I read recently in the paper, unemployment has gone back up to 9.5 percent, although I could have been reading that wrong.

Once Obamacare gets in full swing, a lot more jobs are going to be lost.

President Obama said we would be able to keep our insurance if we could afford it. But when someone is paying $100 or so a month for insurance and suddenly is paying $500 to $600 a month, could the person afford it?

I don't see where Obama stands up for anyone, but I have noticed when something goes wrong, he is always willing to point the blame at the Republicans. I think he thinks he can do no wrong.

In the latest polls, his approval rating has gone down. I think as time goes on, the rating will go down even more.
