The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, MAY 31

Michael Heinz, 54, of 419 E. A St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of attempted child porn, possible filming or photos on or about May 28 by Southwestern Illinois College. Heinz allegedly performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that the defendant, with the knowledge of the nature or content thereof, searched on a computer at the Southwestern Illinois College library for any film videotape, photograph or other similar visual reproduction or depiction by computer of any child, whom the defendant knew or reasonably should have known to be under the age of 18 and at least 13 years of age depicted or portrayed in any pose, posture, or setting involving lewd exhibition.

Christopher Taylor, 43, of 1375 N. 37th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated battery and reckless discharge of a firearm on or about May 17 by Washington Park police. Taylor allegedly, while outside the building located at 1441 Kingshighway, Washington Park, knowingly discharged a handgun in the direction of another person; and by use of a deadly weapon, a handgun, knowingly caused bodily harm to Carlos A. McMullen, in that he struck McMullen in the head; endangered the bodily safety of McMullen in that while acting in a reckless manner, he discharged a firearm and in doing so shot near the head McMullen.

Thaddeus R. Fenton, 50, of 1470 Hall St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about May 31 by Fairview Heights police. Fenton allegedly took merchandise from Walgreen's, 6905 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being multiple boxes of razor blades, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft subsequent on Nov. 27.

Derrick L. Kyles, 21, of 233 Mill St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 30 by Caseyville police. Kyles allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

David W. Schoenherr, 53, of 1041 Sparta St., St. Libory, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about May 30 by Belleville police. Schoenherr allegedly drove a red 2003 Ford Ranger on South First Street in Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Dec. 30, 2011.

Philantae T. Johnson, 17, of 4837 Converse Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about May 23 by Centreville police. Johnson allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Corey Higgins, located at 609 S. 42nd St., Centreville, with the intent to commit theft.

Bradford C. Bady, 30, of 930 Maces Grove, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about May 30 by O'Fallon police. Bady allegedly carried on or about his person a .45-caliber Smith & Wesson SW99, at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible.

Frederick Dale, 46, of 711 White Oak, Apt. 2, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of theft subsequent on or about May 30 by O'Fallon police. Dale allegedly exerted control over property of Bel-O Heating & Cooling Inc., being 24 wooden pallets, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Feb. 20.

Stephon D. Jones, 18, of 1400 Missouri Ave., Apt. 33D, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery on or about May 30 by East St. Louis police. Jones allegedly, while indicating by his words to Darryl Mason that he had a firearm, knowingly took property, being earrings, from the person of Darryl Mason by threatening the imminent use of force.

Darius D. Tillman, 24, of 1476 Gaty, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery on or about May 30 by East St. Louis police. Tillman allegedly, while indicating by his words to Darryl Mason that he had a firearm, knowingly took property, being earrings, from the person of Darryl Mason, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Alvin Golliday Jr., 29, of 2001 Florence St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on school grounds and possession of cannabis on or about May 31 by St. Clair County sheriff. Golliday allegedly, while on school property, being the parking lot of the Lincoln Middle School, located at 1211 Bond Ave., East St. Louis, knowingly possessed with the intent to deliver, more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; and knowingly had in his possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

LeJuan M. Lawrence, 24, of 31 Rosehaven Drive, Apt. C, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of attempted unlawful possession of cannabis on or about Feb. 17, by Illinois State Police. Lawrence allegedly performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that he knowingly had in her possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Chad T. Wisneski, 23, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment by St. Clair County sheriff.
