The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, JUNE 7

Wendell E. Bennette Jr., 22, of 3728 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery on or about May 14 by Washington Park police. Bennette allegedly and while defendant was on a parking lot at 3728 Bunkum Road, Washington Park, a public place, knowingly made physical contact with Dayhris Maupins, in that he struck her in the head with his fist; and bit her about the body.

Hamed F. Maghrabi, 21, of 561 McBride Ave., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about June 4 by Cahokia police. Maghrabi allegedly entered a 1992 Mercedes Benz, belonging to Glynna Suljak, 2201 Camp Jackson, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft.

James V. Mayes, 35, of 1306 Calhoun St., Humboldt, Tenn., arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government property on or about June 6 by East St. Louis police. Mayes allegedly damaged, without the consent of the East St.Louis Housing Authority, the front door located at 1328 N. 44th St., Apt. 7-A, Roosevelt Homes, East St. Louis, which property is supported partially with city of East St. Louis funds, said damage not in excess of $500.

Joshua C. Bean, 25, of 1518 W. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery on or about June 5 by Belleville police. Bean allegedly made physical contact with Chelly G. Bean, a family/household member, in that he grabbed her and pushed her about the body and knowingly struck her about the body with his fists. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Feb. 25, 2011.

Mautaveus T. Ayers, 18, of 818 Sparks 6, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of residential burglary on or about March 18 by Cahokia police. Ayers allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Malaine Diel, located at 736 St. Nicholas St., Cahokia; and entered into the dwelling place of Patricia Lighfoot, located at 738 St. Nicholas St., with the intent to commit theft.

Gabriel E. Boyd Jr., 20, of 1606 N. 51st St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and aggravated discharge of a firearm on or about June 4 by Washington Park police. Boyd allegedly took property, being one bottle of Tylenol, one cellular telephone and $180 U.S. currency, from the person of Harvey A. Jones, by threatening the imminent use of force and during the commission of this offense said defendant personally discharged a firearm; and he is a felon who knowingly possessed a handgun. The defendant had been previously convicted of residential burglary March 5.

Armon K. Bruce, 21, of 11 Jennine Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about June 6 by Belleville police. Bruce allegedly carried in a vehicle a firearm, a .32-caliber Smith and Wesson revolver, at a time when he was not on his/her own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible.

Bryan L. Spinnie Jr., 23, of 320 Fifth St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property on or about March 13 by Fayetteville police. Spinnie allegedly damaged property of Michelle Collins, being the walls and ceiling, in the residence located at 2209 S. Sixth St., Fayetteville, said damage in excess of $300.

James B. Eads, 47, of 306 Red Bird St., Troy, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent and stalking on or about May 27 by Caseyville police. Eads allegedly caused bodily harm to Kelly J. Etheridge, a family/household member, in that he struck her repeatedly in the face with his fist; knowingly engaged in a course of conduct directed at a specific person, Kelly Ethridge, and he knows or should know that this course of conduct would cause a reasonable person to fear for her safety in that he repeatedly called and left threatening messages for her. Defendant had been previously convicted of violationof order of protection May 29, 2009.

Marquis L. Jackson, 27, of 548 Windrift Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence, endangering the health of a child and driving while driver's license is suspended on or about June 7 by Fairview Heights police. Jackson allegedly drove a tan 2002 Ford Windstar on West Illinois 161 in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influcne of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended and drove under the influence of alcohol while three children were passengers of that vehicle.

Stacy G. Stevenson, 35, of 5 Keelan, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about June 7 by Fairview Heights police. Stevenson allegedly drove a red 2003 Chevrolet Silverado on Illinois 159, in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked Dec. 27, 2011.

Tanya Cunningham, 19, of 1689 Dogwood Lake Drive, Spencer, Ind., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cunningham allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

India Wheeler, 18, of P.O. Box 1703, Bloomington, Ind., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Wheeler allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Donnie G. Hollowell, 31, of 1165 Sanya St., Nashville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hollowell allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Mary T. Berryman, 45, of 1640 N. 25th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 5 th St. Clair County sheriff. Berryman allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Jacob C. Esparza, 17, of 2424 N. 89th St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft on or about Feb. 20 by Caseyville police. Esparza allegedly entered a motor vehicle, a go-cart, of Corrie Perkins, located at 417 S. First St., Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft and exerted unauthorized control over property or Corrie Perkins, a go-cart, having total value not in excess of $500.

Bradley E. Haney, 19, of 301 Coal St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Feb. 20 by Caseyville police. Haney allegedly entered a motor vehicle, a go-cart, of Corrie Perkins, located at 417 S. First St., Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft.

Spencer R. Obermeier, 17, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary by Lenzburg police.

Delandos C. Lawrence, 21, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and possession of cannabis by St. Clair County sheriff.

Larry S. French, 36, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by Caseyville police.

Christian M. Juenger, 26, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land, obstruction justice and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Denzel R. Watts, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shawn L. Binford, 39, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Devion K. Lumpford, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Hamed F. Maghrabi, 21, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary by Cahokia police.

Chiketa L. Love, 29, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual abuse by East St. Louis police.
