The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, JUNE 10

Deon A. Whittaker, 17, of 401 W. 5th St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government supported property and resisting a peace officer on or about June 6 by Cahokia police. Whittaker allegedly damaged, without the consent of the Village of Cahokia, a plaque with a fire extinguisher, located at the Village of Cahokia Police Department, which property is supported in part with Village of Cahokia funds, said damage not in excess of $500; knowingly resisted the performance of Joseph Agles of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Deon Whittaker, knowing Joseph Agles to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed.

Yordan F. Gonzales, 29, of 945 S. West 71st Ave., Miami, Fla., arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about June 7 by Fairview Heights police. Gonzales allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver to Lowe's, located at 6211 N. Illinois St., in Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by Executive National Bank, being a credit card.

Ronald H. Cordero, 21, of 8215 W. 20th Ave., Hialeah, Fla., arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about June 7 by Fairview Heights police. Cordero allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver to Lowe's, located at 6211 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that is was purported to have been made by Executive National Bank, being a credit card.

Spencer R. Obermeier, 17, of 512 S. 44th St., Apt. B., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about June 6 by Lenzburg police. Obermieier allegedly entered into he dwelling place of Toni Pasnokot, located at 505 N. Main St., Lenzburg, with the intent to commit therein a theft.

Dionta O. Moore, 23, of 2607 Kansas Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about May 14 by East St. Louis police. Moore allegedly in committing a battery, knowingly and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Jessie Robinson, in that he shot Robinson three times in the shoulder and lower back with a handgun.

Tammy M. Carpenter, 24, of 2902 Waverly Ave., Apt. 404, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of first degree murder on or about June 8 by Illinois State Police. Carpenter allegedly and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to Jerome Carpenter, stabbed Jerome Carpenter in the back with a knife,, thereby causing the death of Jerome Carpenter.

Corvin N. Howard, 29, of 3419 S. Compton, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 8 by Brooklyn police. Howard allegedly carried in a vehicle a semi automatic handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a FOID Card. Howard allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Juan D. Ochoa, 37, of 1623 Loretta, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery of a child on or about May 6 by Cahokia police. Ochoa allegedly caused bodily harm to a female minor in that he shook the female minor.

Kevin D. Agnew, 41, of 1933 Bond Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about June 8 by St. Clair County sheriff. Agnew allegedly drove a red 1992 Ford F-150 on 10th Street in East St. Louis, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on Dec. 19, 2012.

Lemichael W. Pigram, 31, of 1404 Nottinghill Drive, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of possession of firearm without requisite FOID Card and domestic battery on or about June 9 by O'Fallon police. Pigram allegedly possessed a firearm, a Smith and Wesson .40 caliber pistol, at a time when his FOID Card had been revoked; knowingly caused bodily harm to Brandy D. Eichelberger-Pigram, a family/household member, in the he bit her on the thumb.

Thomas L. Bolden, 69, of 327 Gilbert St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about June 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bolden allegedly had in his possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Zachary G. Guppy, 25, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deandri L. Coleman, 29, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Shiloh police.

Thomas H. Clements, 50, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Andrew J. Kunkle, 21, of Marissa, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land, possession of cannabis and resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer by Marissa police.

Crystal E. Zumwalt, 39, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher D. Denzmore, 20, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Robert W. Davis, 18, of St. Ann, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Emmitt D. Mason, 45, of Florissant, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jawari A. Akinola, 29, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, two traffic violations by Illinois State Police.

William M. Rogers, 67, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Daniel E. Onkle, 32, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Brooklyn police.

Ceasar M. Burris Jr., 35, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bradley E. Haney, 19, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and obstructing justice by Caseyville police.

Thomas E. Covington, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Sauget police.

Kenneth T. Woodhouse, 52, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Donald E. Miller Jr., 56, of New Athens, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, driver and passenger seat belt violation and fleeing or attempting to elude the police by New Athens police.
